You definitely should stop rewarding milkers (who only pay out) and even less so scammers !
You only incentivise your own downfall.
It is basic gnosis.

Rewarding scammers that hurt hive and its image -> no value, no profits
It is not the first time for accidents like this: Onboarders who only do very bad multi-fake-account botting to be hailed as great onboarders, while farming easy hive from introduction posts and masturbating on being a great onboarder (what would hive be without me?- narcissists) And that not being enough, even: Asking 99€ for a free Account and some Service where they keep master & owner key to access your account, use ur account for their botnetworks for comments and of course to empty/ farm your wallet.
If any service, then exactly the opposite: Educating people about NOT YOUR KEY NOT YOUR COINS or maybe as community recovery account to help solve such problems and situations, instead of CAUSING THEM
haha, have you also bought some kind of "content strategy" for your botnet Hive Account to fake your blogging and not be urself? just because some scammers tell you, you will be more successful that way? (sorry, do not mean to make fun of victims ^^)

PS: to be honest, it escalated quicker than expected - this scam network is really bad even worse so: how long it continued we do not even know how high the damage is/ how many people have already been scammed
