Price checking is a real disease! if you are checking your phone every minute u need to just have a seperate monitor or tablet with poloniex or your favorite coin price app and have a lil tablet next to ur main screen like this,
otherwise all that tiem checking prices adds up and u loose sleep and its crazy we need to chill, maybe sell everythingf or bitcoina nd just hodl bitcoin
