Splinterlands: Purchased 25 Rare Draws at once!🔥

inSplinterlands•

For the past few seasons, I had focused entirely on Legendary cards—a strategy that paid off, as I just upgraded the first Legendary card in my deck to Level 2. However, my deck also contains many other awesome cards of different rarities that become increasingly powerful as they are upgraded to higher levels. Since every type of card in Splinterlands eventually proves crucial, it is important to upgrade them all to their maximum levels; this requires purchasing draws for other rarities from time to time. So, after a few seasons, I decided to buy draws for other rarities as well. After purchasing a Legendary draw yesterday, I used about half of my remaining Glint today to buy 25 Rare draws, along with nearly 100 Alchemy Potions. Because it takes 5 Alchemy Potion Boosts to open each Rarity Draw. Even though those potions never yield a tangible benefit, I did my best.

I’m not really expecting a Gold card, but I’ve managed to pull exactly the kind of cards I was hoping for; in fact, I already have most of these upgraded to Level 2 or 3, so I’m hopeful that this pull will allow me to upgrade some of my deck’s cards to Level 4. Speaking of the best and most useful ones, there’s the Anchor-Hex Adept—which I’ve upgraded to Level 2—gaining an excellent Divine Shield ability. Then there’s the Torrent Sniper, a Water-element magic attack card also upgraded to Level 2, where its magic attack power has increased from 1 to 2. Another standout is the Fire-element Grove Doomblade; I recently upgraded it to Level 2, unlocking the Fury ability, which allows it to strike cards with Taunt at double power—just imagine a 10-damage melee hit landing on a Taunt card! I also have the Pixie-knife Hurler upgraded to Level 3, boasting +1 Health, +1 Speed, and the Dodge ability. And last but not least, there’s the Dragon-element Dragonfang Lancer, upgraded to Level 2 with a ranged attack power of 2.

The Fire element's magic attack card, "Withered Old Sage," is also an excellent option; I have it upgraded to Level 2, where it gains the "Void" ability, providing 50% protection against magic attacks. Although its health is quite low, it sometimes performs well in battle. I also have the Death element's magic attack card, "Gravebrand Warlock," upgraded to Level 2; it possesses the impressive "Swiftness" ability, which grants a +1 speed boost to all other cards on the team. In medium-to-low mana battles, the Water element's "Surgehammer" also performs well. Finally, the Grey element's "Mindless Thrall" is a great card; it has good speed even at Level 1—which improves further with a +1 boost at Level 2—and its "Phase" ability increases the chance of magic attacks missing, just like physical attacks. Overall, these cards are excellent, and I hope to upgrade some of them to higher levels soon.

Splinterlands isn't an easy place, but that's what makes it even more fun. A perfect strategy takes into account many factors, including stats, abilities, rulesets, mana caps, and more. That's why it's even more important to consider all these factors when developing a strategy. Add good cards to your deck, but also work on improving your strategies, and strive to win as many battles as possible!🔥

You are right, splinterland is not an easy place, and that's what make it fun.

It requires strategic card placement, and other factors
