Hola amigos algo perdidos de por acá pero siempre al tanto de lo que ocurre, este post cuando lo lean quizás piensen que debió de estar en otras comunidades pero como holos es la comunidad que me hace dar pasos al crecimiento, se darán cuenta al leerlo hasta el final

por la edad no recuerdo en que momento te volví reacia a los cambios y aferrada a las costumbres, pues nada este fin de semana la familia me invito a una casa en la playa me busque todas las excusas habidas, que iba a hacer en un lugar donde yo no sé nadar,no era verano, como iba a compartir donde estuvieran tres generaciones diferentes, pues nosotros llevamos a nuestros mayores a todos los lugares .

no encontraba justificación, pero recuerde que holos va de crecimientos personales, de nuevas metas y aprendizaje y decidí probar.

No entendía nada, para mí todo era un caos, rodeada de jóvenes alocados, dejando ropas y chancletas por doquier, escuchando su música y a la vez cantando esa mezcla de música risas me sonaba a estruendo, en fin recordé lo aprendido en hive a aceptar que todos tenemos un espacio, asi que decidí aprender yo también.

Lo primero fue el amanecer, la vida agitada no permite detenernos admirarlo,por tato ese cafe mañanero supo diferente,ya por ahí fui ganando.

los jóvenes de mi generación lo mas que ibamos era acampar en los llamados campismo popular otro estilo de diversión, pero aquí tuve un gran reto encender una hornilla con carbón, claro está por mi edad ellos pensaban que sabia y entonces nos reunimos todos alrededor de aquello

que era un descubrimiento, unos decían con papel primero otros que había que llenarlo de líquido de fácil combustión y yo solo recordaba que había que echar aire, estuvimos todo el día con pruebas y error,hasta lograr encender una braza, siempre con ayuda de la tecnología,

que ellos no dejan atras,un ventilador recargable, sin embargo ese momento en risas,en compartir todos unidos,

sin darnos cuenta que había dos gatos preciosos, pero al igual que nosotros a la caza de la comida, y, por tanto, en un descuido hicieron arte de sus habilidades y nos llevaron parte de esta.

fue un fin de semana diferente, pero proque ponerlo en holos, pues sencillo, aprendi que un poco de caos en nuestras vidas,a veces es necesario,no todo puede ser orden y limpieza porque las rutinas también enferma,

aprendi que desde el respeto y la alegría se puede unir cuantas generaciones hallan ,que todos tenemos esa capacidad de adaptación, lo que nos cuesta salir de nuestra zona de confort

y para mejorar nuestra salud es necesario esos pequeños cambios que a veces no aceptamos

regrese renovada con una nueva visión y disposición de seguir contribuyendo al mejoramiento de mi salud mental y mi estado de bienestar general aun cuando unos gatos me jugaron una mala pasada,pues aprendí también que ellos harán como nosotros cualquier cosa por sobrevivir y, por tanto, no debía juzgarlo tan fuerte, gracias holos

I came up with every excuse I could think of: what was I going to do in a place where I can't swim? It wasn't summer. How was I going to share a place with three different generations? Of course, because of my age, they thought I knew how, and then we all gathered around it. >It was quite a discovery. Some said to start with paper, others that you had to fill it with easily combustible liquid, and all I remembered was that you had to blow air into it. We spent the whole day with trial and error until we managed to light an ember, always with the help of technology. >They don't leave it behind, though: a rechargeable fan. However, that moment was filled with laughter, sharing it all together, without noticing that there were two beautiful cats, but just like us, they were hunting for food, and so, in a moment of inattention, they put their skills to the test and took some of it from us. >It was a different kind of weekend, but why put it in holos? Well, simple: I learned that a little chaos in our lives is sometimes necessary.
