Everyone has a problem. the ability to overcome the problems of each person is also different. There are people who can solve their own problems, others need help from others. Ada orang yang mampu mengatasi masalah sendiri, ada juga yang butuh bantuan orang lain. Begitulah kondisi yang selama ini saya lihat. Problems can make people become stressed and upset. This condition should not be allowed. The impact will affect health. If this happens, then the loss will be much in the natural. >Masalah bisa membuat orang menjadi stres dan galau. About 2 years ago I was stressed out by not passing the college entrance exam. I was very disappointed, and so lazy to do something. My work is just eating and sleeping. Finally I get fat, and then get sick. >Sekitar 2 tahun yang lalu saya sempat stres akibat tidak lulus ujian masuk perguruan tinggi. Saya kecewa sekali, dan jadi malas untuk melakukan sesuatu. Kerja saya hanya makan dan tidur. Akhirnya saya jadi gemuk, dan kemudian jatuh sakit. After a month of illness, one day my friend came to visit me. Incidentally he also did not pass the college entrance exam. I see he is so excited. I'm wondering why you're so excited. He replied, "My friend, many ways if we want to study science.Not through the university our country can enter private universities.The place of college is not able to make us smart, only ourselves who can fight for it". >Setelah sebulan sakit, pada suatu hari datang kawan saya untuk mengunjungi saya. Kebetulan dia juga tidak lulus ujian masuk perguruan tinggi. Saya lihat dia begitu bersemangat. Saya tanya kenapa kamu begitu bersemangat. Dia jawab" Kawanku, banyak cara bila kita ingin menuntut ilmu. Tidak lewat universitas negeri kita bisa masuk unversitas swasta. Tempat kuliah tak mampu membuat kita pintar, hanya diri kita yang bisa berjuang untuk itu". Hearing my friends, I finally realized that there are many ways to study. Therefore, I try to get up, prepare to step back. My strees slowly began to wane. Finally I entered a pesantren, after 5 years I got a scholarship to go to college. >Mendengar kata teman saya, akhirnya saya sadar bahwa banyak jalan untuk menuntut ilmu. Oleh sebab itu, saya mencoba bangkit, mempersiapkan diri untuk melangkah kembali. Strees saya perlahan lahan mulai berkurang. Stress will come when we continue to think about the problems we face. We allow our feelings to continue to be friendly with disappointment. Stres akan datang bila kita terus memikir persoalan yang kita hadapi. Kita membiarkan perasaan kita untuk terus bersahabat dengan kekecewaan.
