Bendiciones amigos amantes de la cocina, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes unos ricos frijoles con chuleta de cerdo.

Los frijoles en general son muy apreciados en la cocina venezolana. En mi casa, mis hijos prefieren el frijol bayo, !Espero que lo disfruten!

Limpiamos los frijoles y los dejamos remojando toda la noche en suficiente agua. Al día siguiente, eliminamos esa agua, los ponemos en la olla con agua. Tapamos bien y llevamos al fuego hasta que se cumpla el tiempo y estén blandos.

Lavamos la chuleta de cerdo la limpiamos y cortamos en trozos pequeños.

Lavamos los aliños Pelamos los ajos y los trituramos. Picamos en pedacitos pequeños la cebolla el pimentón, el tomate, los ajíes, el ajo porro y el cilantro. >Wash the pork chop, clean it and cut it into small pieces. Wash the seasoning. Una vez que los frijoles están blandos agregamos las chuletas de cerdo previamente picadas, y un poco de cilantro y dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos.

Luego licuamos el resto del cilantro y el ajo porro,

Para preparar el sofrito colocamos en un sartén el aceite onotado con los aliños picaditos, el comino, el ajo molido y la pimienta y removemos bien pocos minutos, retiramos y reservamos.

Por ultimo incorporamos el sofrito el ajo porro y el cilantro licuado, a los frijoles sazonamos con sal, revolvemos muy bien tapamos y dejamos cocinar unos minutos hasta que espese un poco y retiramos del fuego.

Puedes acompañar los frijoles con arroz o pasta. Así combinados son una proteína completa. Si quieres, agrega al gusto queso rallado y ¡buen provecho!
