Hola Hivers, Saludos a todos en especial a la comunidad de Reto-Morphosis Hive, hoy les traigo mis primeros 15 días de este maravillo reto. Lo he titulado "Me gusta", y es que todo lo transitado en estos días ha sido de grandes aprendizajes y lo más importante es que lo he disfrutado.

Bueno comienzo presentando el nuevo peso y medidas después de 15 días, como ya saben mi meta es bajar, soy de formación Contador Publico y creo que nunca me había alegrado tanto de ver resultados negativos como en esta ocasión, jajajaja. Fueron números favorables, alcance disminuir 2.3 Kg en peso corporal, así como también 4 cm en la circunferencia de cintura y 0.5 cm de muñeca, esos resultados me gustan.

¿Cómo logré este resultado?

Lo alcancé aplicando las estrategias planteadas, he realizado mis rutinas matutinas de ejercicios, los disfruto al máximo, cuento con la compañía de @nina81 y @pedroerami, mi esposo con sus ejercicios para fortalecer la rodilla en recuperaciòn y nosotras en la rutina del día, incluimos cardio, spinning y algunos ejercicios de fuerza para tonificar, es una hora que me regalo y disfruto, no tenemos excusa ya que los hacemos en casa.

Con respecto a mi alimentación he logrado realizar ayuno intermitente con ventanas entre 16 hasta 18 horas de ayuno, me he ayudado con ingesta de té, entre ellos limonaria, jengibre, manzanilla y otros. Pero la clave ha sido la disminución de ingesta de arroz, harinas y azúcar refinada he aumentado el consumo de vegetales, fibra, y frutas. No me limito a comer solo que ahora me alimento saludablemente. Aqui algunos de mis platos, ñomi...ñomi.

No ha sido fácil sobre todo los momentos que se está fuera de casa, las invitaciones sociales, o sencillamente la tentación de que te ofrezcan algo que no favorece en el proceso, pero como esto ha sido una elección con conciencia por amor a mí, he logrado la fortaleza para mantenerme firme, me digo: mira como estas de bella, asi que mejor sigue queriéndote, jajajaja. Les comparto algo que que me sucedió: estaba en el local de unos amigos y se llegó la hora del almuerzo y me dicen ven para que comas, les respondí, no se preocupen ya pedro viene a buscarme; ya saben cómo es la hospitalidad de nosotros los venezolanos insistieron, y en mi cabeza voces que decian: COMO VAS HACER, aun cuando decía que no me trajeron el plato servido, arroz que abarcaba casi todo el plato, carne, plátano maduro y dos rodajas de tomate, había una trifulca en mi mente jajajaja, no porque quisiera comérmelo, sino, que no sabía cómo reaccionarían al decirle saque esto y lo otro del plato, rápidamente decidí decirles que pena es que no estoy comiendo arroz, por favor lo puedes retirar, la expresión es su cara era de asombro, no comes arroz, y yo, no, bueno me miraron así como que la loca jajajajaja, pero finalmente me comí solo la carne los tomates y el plátano, y de regreso a casa iba feliz por ese logro, y como todo es un regalo practique decir NO cuando eso no está dentro de mi propósito, que es como debe ser en cualquier área de la vida. Entonces no es fácil, pero tampoco imposible.

¿Cómo me siento?

Elegir la transformación de mi cuerpo me mantiene muy entusiasmada, mas allá de un estereotipo, me siento con energía, vitalidad, como si se despejara una nube en mi mente, es interesante como este proceso me mantiene en alerta, en una constante auto-observación, atenta a preparar lo mejor para alimentarme, es asombroso como surge la creatividad en la cocina y el resultado comidas super ricas y llenas de amor, tanto asi que hace unos dias compartí aqui en Hive uno de mis amuerzos, haciendo mención a este reto. En repuesta a la pregunta : Me siento llena de bienestar y eso me gusta. Me siento agradecida con este reto, en hora buena.

How I achieved this result?

I have achieved it by applying the strategies proposed, I have done my morning exercise routines, I enjoy them to the fullest, I count on the company of @nina81 and @pedroerami, My husband with his exercises to strengthen the knee in recovery and us in the routine of the day, we include cardio, spinning and some strength exercises to tone up, it is an hour that I give myself and enjoy, we have no excuse since we do them at home.

Regarding my diet, I have managed to do intermittent fasting with windows between 16 to 18 hours of fasting, I have helped myself with tea intake, including lemongrass, ginger, chamomile and others. But the key has been to decrease the intake of rice, flour and refined sugar and increase the consumption of vegetables, fiber and fruits. How I feel?

Choosing the transformation of my body keeps me very excited, beyond a stereotype, I feel with energy, vitality, as if a cloud cleared in my mind, it is interesting how this process keeps me on alert, in a constant self-observation, attentive to prepare the best to feed me, it is amazing how creativity in the kitchen and the result emerges super rich and full of love meals, so much so that a few days ago I shared here on Hive one of my lunch, mentioning this challenge.
