Saludos, amantes de la calistenia y miembros de #Hive y #SWC! Soy vroxsser-black, y aquí les traigo mi participación en el SWC CHALLENGE N°3. En esta ocasión, el reto consiste en realizar una dominada isométrica, manteniéndola el mayor tiempo posible, con el objetivo de superar el tiempo del monitor, Stiffen Paternina (@stypaternina), quien logró mantenerse durante 1 minuto y 30 segundos.

Greetings, calisthenics lovers and members of #Hive and #SWC! I'm vroxsser-black, and here I bring you my participation in the SWC CHALLENGE N°3. This time, the challenge is to perform an isometric pull-up, holding it as long as possible, with the goal of beating the time of the instructor, Stiffen Paternina (@stypaternina), who managed to hold it for 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Me levanté muy temprano para dirigirme al parque y enfrentar este desafío. Estaba realmente nervioso, ya que lo máximo que creo haber logrado anteriormente es aproximadamente 30 segundos. Sentía que iba a ser algo complicado. Al principio, me sentí confiado, como si pudiera durar horas, pero después de unos segundos me di cuenta de que esto va más allá de la fuerza y la resistencia muscular; es también una prueba mental.

I got up very early to head to the park to face this challenge. I was really nervous, as the most I think I have ever done before is about 30 seconds. I felt like it was going to be a little tricky. At first, I felt confident, like I could last for hours, but after a few seconds I realized that this goes beyond muscular strength and endurance; it's also a mental test.

La experiencia fue reveladora. A medida que los segundos pasaban, cada vez se hacía más evidente que mantener la posición no solo requería fuerza física, sino también una gran concentración y control mental. Sentí cómo mis músculos se tensaban y mi mente luchaba por mantener la calma y la determinación. Aunque no logré superar el tiempo de Stiffen, estoy orgulloso de haber dado lo mejor de mí y de haber aprendido más sobre mis límites y capacidades.

The experience was eye-opening. As the seconds ticked by, it became increasingly clear that holding the position required not only physical strength, but also great concentration and mental control. I felt my muscles tighten and my mind struggled to remain calm and determined. Although I did not manage to beat Stiffen's time, I am proud to have done my best and to have learned more about my limits and capabilities.
