I'm sitting in front of the computer with a blank digital page, still going over and over the arguments, I was given days ago about counting dreams and plans. Fear is doing its job. Before that moment I was very excited to share in HIVE the organization of the trip that will be the longest trip that I have made in my life. I already had planned what the posts would be like and even some images that would illustrate the information. But several people told me that when you talk about your plans or dreams, they don't become a reality. In fact, my project is quite big and my dreams much more, which for many people could seem impossible, apparently telling it makes it even more complicated.
There was even a person I trust who told me about the things that *Hindu philosophy* says should not be told. 1. *THE PROJECTS*. Because there are envious people who can dedicate themselves to doing everything possible so that we do not bring these projects to a successful conclusion. 2. *THE CHARITABLE ACTS*. Because it is not correct to boast of these kinds of acts. 3. *THE COURAGE*. Do not talk about the moments when you are brave because the recognition must be personal and for your own admiration. 4. *OUR INTIMATES*. Not only sexual issues but also health and nutrition, a personal matter of introspection and individual reflection. 5. *SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE*. Because it is the most personal way we see the world and that can cause problems with people who desagree with our vision. 6. *FAMILY PROBLEMS*. We should not talk about family problems because we contribute to creating an image about it in other people, and that image does not define them. 7. *EVERYTHING YOU HEAR*. For various reasons, we should not tell everything we hear. The main one is because what we talk about others says more about us than about them. Another person told me that he had read in an article that if you talk about your dreams, plans, or projects with other people, you create in your brain the illusion that you have already carried it out. The article said that this happens because talking about your projects gives you satisfaction, and this is enough to lose motivation about what you planned to do. Motivation is lost because the brain confuses telling with doing. --- This post is not about making an analysis of Hindu philosophy or questioning the truthfulness of what an article says that I did not even have the source for, but rather about explaining why the comments of close and trusted people made me doubt. -- Something that characterizes me is that I have been very transparent and honest with what I think and what is happening in my life, both with people close to me and with people who are not so close. And yes, there are times that this has caused me problems because I end up talking to people who are not ready for honesty. However, even when these problems last, I have felt at peace (which I value a lot in life). Thanks to the book "[Daring Greatly](https://www.amazon.com.mx/Daring-Greatly-Courage-Vulnerable-Transforms/dp/1592408419?crid=3LVXZU8ULAZYW&keywords=brene+brown+books&qid=1661287054&sprefix=brene+%2Caps%2C122&sr=8-3&linkCode=ll1&tag=vaitengewon-20&linkId=dfb0ce4013316a80674cae67d2875c34&language=es_MX&ref_=as_li_ss_tl)" I learned that many of our opinions are born of fear, and that it's not wrong to be afraid, but the bad thing is to stop doing stuff because of it. Listening to the opinions of the people with whom I talked about my idea of e-sharing on HIVE the process of planning the trip that I dream of doing around the world, very few people had valid arguments, they only said that it was wrong, that it was bad luck or because someone else says it shouldn't be done. In my experience, the biggest projects have come true thanks to the fact that I have shared them. In this way, the people and resources necessary to achieve the goals I had set for myself came into my life. I understand that most people who say I shouldn't do it are speaking from their limitations and fears because they are trying to protect me from "what will they say" when I fail. It is understandable because live traveling for more than 24 months involves a series of resources and uncertainties that make anyone doubt. In view of the above, I returned to the question: Do I share in HIVE the planning of the trip of my life? I have to remember that this will mean being vulnerable to people I don't know, and I will put ideas on a "silver tray" to be judged and sentenced 😋 as if that were not enough. --- Writing this post was one of the ways I found to solve my dilemma, with it I was able to clear my mind and understand what was really limiting me. It helped me see what other people were doing in cases like this, from experienced travelers like Alan Estada of Alan x el Mundo to less experienced travelers I found on HIVE. What they had in common is that gradually they give clues about what is next on their trip. They tell about it when it has already happened or provide tips on how to organize a trip. The most important thing I found is that when they shared their projects, they received support from their followers, from friends, family, and even sponsors. The example that inspired me the most was that of Alan x el Mundo, who did it twice, the first time when he wanted to go see the [Titanic](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE2VVTD6Pdo) and the second time when he talks about the [theatre play](https://www.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weFq88_plZ0.com/watch?v=weFq88_plZ0) that he wrote and produced. Sharing a project involves many risks, such as meeting people along the way who, for whatever reason, dedicate themselves to doing the impossible because you cannot complete it satisfactorily. You also expose yourself to being bombarded with comments that make you feel down or doubt yourself. If you do not have the necessary motivation, the right mindset, and clear purpose, it's very likely that you will end up abandoning the project. And what about the opinion of the people you already told and they said you shouldn't do it, at least they can give you an "I told you so" and make their arguments longer.

If I have learned anything in these months of being part of the HIVE community, it is that this is one of the few social networks that rewards vulnerability and courage. Undoubtedly, the risks of uploading this content are higher than the risks of not doing it, but I think it is more important in my life and my personal growth to pay attention to what will happen if I don't share the planning of the trip of my life. I know that there are people who only share this kind of thing with people who are very close to them, and that is enough. The point is that my adventurous lifestyle and dreamy I scare the people around me, so let's say for this project, I am almost alone. I'm clear on the odds that that kind of information isn't relevant to anyone in this community, and so it might seem like it's not worth doing that I should change the type of content.

In December of last year, I made a couple of decisions regarding the attitude and mentality that I would have about life, such as a philosophy about no more debts that include money, jobs left halfway, and promises not fulfilled. The most important was Don't get attached to the results. This last decision has helped me to be brave to show myself vulnerable, and in a case like s dilemma in which I found myself, to ask myself, before launching myself off what looks like a cliff: Why do I want to share my travel plan and my dreams about it? Writing this post helped me remember what Doctor Joe Dispensa says about how ideas work in our brains and how they transform our reality. Where it reinforces the idea of the law of attraction, which in short says that if you don't tell the universe (life, God or whatever you want to call it), what you want, how is it supposed to give it to you? Taking time to reflect made me decide "Yes" to share that kind of content, so it will be part of what I'll be doing at HIVE for the next few months.

Estoy sentada frente a la computadora con una página digital en blanco, sigo repasando una y otra vez los argumentos que me dieron hace días sobre contar los sueños y los planes. El miedo está haciendo su trabajo. Antes de ese momento estaba muy ilusionada con compartir en HIVE la organización del viaje que será el viaje de mayor duración que haya realizado en vida. Ya tenía planeado cómo serían los post y hasta algunas imágenes que ilustrarían la información. Pero varias personas me dijeron que, cuando hablas de tus planes o sueños, no se hacen realidad. De por si mi proyecto es bastante grande y mis sueños mucho más, lo que para muchas personas podría parecer imposible; al parecer contarlo lo complica aún más. Hasta hubo una persona en la que confío, que me habló de las cuestiones que la *filosofía hindú* dice que no deben contarse. 1. *LOS PROYECTOS*. Porque hay personas envidiosas que pueden dedicarse a hacer todo lo posible para que no los llevemos a buen termino. 2. *LOS ACTOS CARITATIVOS*. Porque no es correcto jactarse de este tipo de actos. 3. *LA VALENTÍA*. No hablar de los momentos en que se es valiente porque el reconocimiento debe ser personal y para admiración propia. 4. *NUESTRAS INTIMIDADES*. No sólo las cuestiones sexuales sino también sobre la salud y la alimentación una cuestión personal de introspección y reflexión individual. 5. *LOS CONOCMIENTOS ESPIRITUALES*. Porque es la forma más personal de como vemos el mundo y eso puede generar problemas con las personas que no concuerdan con nuestra visión. 6. *LOS PROBLEMAS FAMILIARES*. Porque contribuimos a crear una imagen sobre otras personas, que no las define. 7. *TODO LO QUE ESCUCHAS*. Por varias razones, la principal es porque lo que nosotros contamos de los demás dice más de nosotros que de ellos. Otra persona me dijo que había leído en un artículo donde decía que si hablabas de tus sueños, planes o proyectos con otras personas, creabas en tu cerebro la ilusión de que ya lo has llevado a cabo. Según ese artículo decí hablar de tus proyectos te produce una satisfacción, y esta es suficiente para perder motivación sobre lo que planeabas hacer. Esto se debe a que el cerebro confunde el "decir" con el "hacer". Lo que provoca que abandones tus sueños. --- Este post no es sobre hacer un análisis sobre la filosofía hindú o de cuestionar la veracidad de lo que dice un artículo del que no tuve ni la fuente, si no de explicar por qué los comentarios de personas cercanas y de confianza me hicieron dudar. -- Algo que me caracteriza es que he sido muy transparente y honesta con lo que pienso y con lo que va pasando en mi vida, tanto para personas cercanas como con personas que no lo son tanto. Y sí, hay veces que eso me causado problemas, porque termino hablando con personas que no están listas para la honestidad, sin embargo, aún en el momento que duran esos problemas, me he sentido en paz (algo que valoro mucho en vida). Gracias al libro "[El Poder de ser vulnerable]( https://www.amazon.com.mx/poder-ser-vulnerable-Crecimiento-personal-ebook/dp/B01FW5RCVC?crid=3RE8F2WX9C41S&keywords=rene+brown+espa%C3%B1ol&qid=1661266451&sprefix=rene+br%2Caps%2C124&sr=8-2&linkCode=ll1&tag=vaitengewon-20&linkId=75889125ae19992b0a7845763426f828&language=es_MX&ref_=as_li_ss_tl) " aprendí que muchas de nuestras opiniones nacen del miedo, y que no está mal tener miedo, si no que lo malo es dejar de hacer cosas por ello. Al escuchar las opiniones de las personas con las que conversaba sobre mi idea de compartir en HIVE el proceso de planeación del viaje que sueño hacer al rededor del mundo, muy pocas tenían argumentos validos, sólo decían que era malo, que era de mala suerte o que alguien más decía que no se debía hacer. En mi experiencia los proyectos más grandes se han hecho realidad gracias a que los he compartido. De esa manera llegaron a mi vida las personas y los recursos necesarios para lograr los objetivos que me había propuesto. Entiendo que la mayoría de las personas que dicen que no debo hacerlo están hablando desde sus limitaciones, sus miedos y algunas porque tratan de protegerme del "qué dirán" cuando fracase. Es comprensible porque vivir viajando por más de 24 meses, implica una cantidad de recursos y de incertidumbres, que hacen dudar a cualquiera. Teniendo eso en cuenta, volvió a surgir la pregunta ¿Comparto en HIVE la planeación del viaje de mi vida? Tengo que recordar que esto implicará ser vulnerable ante personas que no conozco y que pondré en "charola de plata" ideas para ser juzgada y sentenciada 😋 por si fuera poco. --- Escribir este post fue una de las formas que encontré para solucionar mi dilema, con él pude aclara mi mente y entender qué es lo que realmente me estaba limitando. Me ayudó a ver qué estaban haciendo otras personas en casos como este, desde viajeros experimentados como Alan Estada de Alan x el Mundo, hasta viajeros menos experimentados y que encontré en HIVE. Lo que tuvieron en común es que poco a poco van dando pista de lo que sigue en su viaje, lo cuentan cuando ya pasó o dan consejos de cómo organizar un viaje. Lo más importante que encontré, es que cuando compartieron sus proyectos, recibieron apoyo de las personas que los siguen, de amigos, familiares y hasta de patrocinadores. El ejemplo que más me inspiró fue el de Alan x el mundo, que lo hizo en dos ocasiones, la primera cuando quería ir a conocer el [Titanic]( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gE2VVTD6Pdo) y la segunda cuando habla de la [obra de teatro]( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weFq88_plZ0) que escribió y produjo. Compartir un proyecto implica muchos riesgos como encontrarte en el camino a personas que por la razón que sea se dedique a hacer hasta lo imposible porque tú no logres concluirlo de manera satisfactoria. También te expones a que te bombarden con comentarios que te hagan decaer tu ánimo o que te hagan dudar de ti misma y si no tienes la motivación necesaria, la mentalidad adecuada y el propósito claro, termines abandonando el proyecto. Y qué tal la opinión de las personas a las que ya les contaste y dijeron que no debías de hacerlo, por lo menos te pueden dar un "te lo dije" y de ahí pueden agarrarse para hacer más largos sus argumentos. ![Vj0004.png](https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/viajera1980/48FDijquaiT4JmzH33YuvLRUKmdL1MLnWsJzRXMdqm5DruUzqxBKLmktE6ua1szmWg.png) Sin embargo, el riesgo más grande corro si no comparto ese proyecto es quedarme con la duda de qué hubiera pasado. Creo que la vida es muy corta para dejarnos vencer por los miedos, y más por miedos que ni siquiera son de vida o muerte. Si algo he aprendido en estos meses de ser parte de la comunidad de HIVE, es que esta es una de las pocas redes sociales que premia la vulnerabilidad y la valentía. Definitivamente los riesgos de hacerlo son mayores a los riesgos de no hacerlo, pero creo que es más importante en mi vida y en mi crecimiento personal, ponerle atención a lo que pasará si no comparto la planeación del viaje de mi vida. Se qué hay personas que sólo comparten este tipo de cosas con personas muy cercanas y con eso es suficiente. El asunto es que mi estilo de vida aventurero y soñador en grande, espanta a las personas que me rodean, así que digamos que para este proyecto estoy casi sola. Tengo claras las probabilidades de que ese tipo de información no sea relevante para nadie dentro de esta comunidad y eso pueda parecer que no vale la pena hacerlo y que debería cambiar de tipo de contenido.
En diciembre del año pasado tomé un par de decisiones respecto a la actitud y mentalidad que tendría sobre la vida, como por ejemplo una filosofía sobre no más deudas que incluye el dinero, trabajos dejados a medias y promesas no cumplidas. El más importante fue No apegarme a los resultados. Esta última decisión me ha ayudado a ser valiente, a mostrarme vulnerable y en el caso como el dilema en que me encontraba, preguntarme ¿Por qué quiero compartir mi plan de viaje y mis sueños al respecto?, antes de lanzarme al que para otras personas parece un precipicio. Escribir este post me ayudó a recordar lo que dice el Doctor Joe Dispensa sobre cómo funcionan las ideas en nuestro cerebro y como ellas transforman nuestra realidad. Donde refuerza la idea de la ley de la atracción que en resumen dice que si no le dices al universo (la vida, Dios o como le quieras llamar), lo que quieres, cómo se supone que te lo va a dar.
