— ¡ Ha pasado tanto tiempo desde que no tomaba la oportunidad de postear que siento que estoy comenzando por completo de 0, —aunque debo admitir que todo se ve tan prometedor y emocionante— ♥ !

Estos últimos años han sido particularmente erráticos (ni que decir en medio de la Pandemía con "la nueva normalidad"); y admito que me he perdido de mucho, pero manteniendo siempre el anhelo de volver a subir contenido eventualmente en las plataformas para compartir mi pequeño viaje por la creatividad... ... ¿Y como no amarlo, si siempre esta la alegría de poder compartir el trascamaras de forma mas personal y llenita de afecto? — Cada minuto de cada pieza es significativo y parte de la composición final, así que traerles todo ese proceso es algo sumamente especial que ya esta haciéndome vibrar y saltar ヾ(≧▽≦*)o. De tal forma que hoy traigo para ustedes, uno de mis procesos favoritos en que decidi aventurarme con los creyones de forma un poco más seria y a su vez súper mágica:

The last few years have been particularly rough (not to mention in the midst of the Pandemic with "the new day-by-day"); and I will admit that I've missed a lot around everything regarding this place, but I have always maintained the desire to come back to upload content on the platforms eventually in order to share my little journey through creativity... ...And how not to love it, if there is always the joy of being able to share the behind-the-scenes in a more personal and affectionate way? - Every minute of each piece is significant and part of the final composition, so bringing you all that process is something very special that is already making me vibrate and jump ヾ(≧▽≦*)o. So today I bring to all of you, one of my favorite processes in which I decided to try my hand at crayons in a more serious —and at the same time super magical— way:

Siempre he sido muy fan de la temática de chicas mágicas / mahou shoujos en los animes. Desde Sakura Card Captor a Sailor Moon, desde Madoka Magica a Ojamajo Doremi ~~ ♫ ! —— ¡Aunque tampoco siendo exclusivos con el anime, incluyo Star vs. Las Fuerzas del Mal y "The Owl House" entre las que hacen que mi corazón haga Doki Doki ! (๑ÒωÓ๑) La idea de que el mundo puede ser salvado por chicas con poderes llenos de brillos y colores (independientemente de si es una serie dulce y slice-of-life ; o si nos sorprende con cantidades barbaras de angst y drama), no deja de ser una de las cosas que más atrae a una gran cantidad de público. Tanto es así que League of Legends decidió eventualmente hacer de Star Guardians una serie de Skins dedicada al género, —con historias, cómics y cinemáticas! ♥ Lo mejor es que nos presentan gran variedad de personalidades, dejando para todos los gustos.

I've always been a huge fan of magical girls / mahou shoujo theme in anime. From Sakura Card Captor to Sailor Moon, from Madoka Magica to Ojamajo Doremi ~~ ♫ ! —— But also, avoiding being solely exclusive with japanese animation, I include "Star vs. The Forces of Evil" and "The Owl House" among those that make my heart do Doki Doki ! (๑ÒωÓ๑) The idea that the world can be saved by girls with colorful, glitter-filled powers (regardless of whether it's a sweet, slice-of-life kind of series; or whether it surprises us with barbaric amounts of angst and drama), never ceases to be one of the things that appeal to a wide range of audiences. So much so that League of Legends eventually decided to make Star Guardians a Skins series dedicated to the genre, —with stories, comics, and cinematics! ♥ The best thing is that we are presented with a wide variety of personalities, so there's something for absolutely everyone.

Particularmente, siempre he amado a Soraka, incluso desde sus inicios dentro del juego cuando las Biografías eran mucho más simples, que no pude sino emocionarme muchísimo cuando vi su diseño dentro de esta ocasión. Soy alguien que a veces se desanima fácilmente al probar técnicas nuevas (estoy sumamente acostumbrada al trabajo digital y en tradicional lo máximo que suelo hacer es entintado con algunos detalles de pintura dorada o acuarela). ¡Los Creyones y la forma en que se mezclan para crear degrades fueron un mundo completamente nuevo para mí en esta ocasión! Estaba aterrada pero me aferre a una frase que escucho con increíble frecuencia últimamente: **"Confía en el Proceso"**

Particularly, I've always loved Soraka, even from her very beginnings within the game when the bios were so many times simpler, that I couldn't help but get so excited when I saw her design on this occasion. I'm someone who often gets discouraged very easily when trying new techniques (I'm extremely used to digital work and don't go too far out of my comfort zone when the most I do in traditional is inking/adding gold paint or watercolor details), the crayons and the way they blend together to create gradients were a whole new world for me this time around! I was terrified but clung to a quote I hear with incredible frequency lately: **"Trust the Process "**.

En el punto en que ya su piel y parte del vestido habían pasado, sentí un alivio extremadamente grande (～￣▽￣)～. Además de que viéndolo de forma mas *global* ; se veía muchísimo más encantador y mágico, alentándome a proseguir con más cariño y motivación que al empezar.

At that point where her skin and part of her dress were already done, I felt extremely relieved (～￣▽￣)～. Besides, looking at it in a more *global* manner; allowed me to see just enchanting and magical it truly looked, encouraging me to proceed with more affection and motivation than when I started.

Y es así como no solo me anime a usar creyones, sino que traje a mi siempre confiable acuarela y bolígrafos glitter para detallar pequeños espacios, dándole una combinación más amplia de técnicas pero también más precisión a nivel visual. ¡Y estaba fascinada! Me sentía tan feliz al ver el contraste de los colores y la forma en que todo se había unido que mi corazón saltaba de alegría y orgullo, aún si era una pieza sencilla a comparación de otras, esta es sin duda alguna la primera base para comenzar a incursionar en el mundo de los creyones de forma más amena.

And that's how I not only decided to use crayons, but I brought my ever-reliable watercolor and glitter pens to highlight small spaces, giving it a wider combination of techniques but also more visual precision. And I was fascinated! I was so delighted to see the contrasting colors and the way it all came together that my heart jumped with glee and pride, even if it was a simple piece compared to others, this is without a doubt the first base to begin to dabble inside the world of crayons in a more pleasant way.

Me siento tan feliz con el resultado, que se convirtió en una de mis piezas favoritas de entre todo mi repertorio de dibujos. Simplemente no puedo dejar de mirar como todos los colores se integran y nada parece estar fuera de lugar, o que al menos yo personalmente no le encuentro ningún detalle que quisiera cambiarle. ¡Me provoca sentarme a dibujar a todas las Star Guardians eventualmente en esta técnica también!

I am so satisfied with the result that it has become one of my favorite drawings in my entire repertoire. I just can't stop looking at how all the colors are integrated and nothing seems to be out of place, or at least I personally can't find any detail I'd like to change. It makes me want to sit down and draw all the Star Guardians in this technique as well eventually!

Se siente tan bonito volver a estar por aquí y presentar uno de mis dibujos. Todo el proceso de preparar las imágenes y detalles para la publicación, junto con el buen animo que otorga el simple hecho de rememorar el tiempo invertido dando frutos, simplemente me hace brillar de alegría y no puedo esperar a compartir aún más con ustedes en los próximos días. Mi intención es ser muchísimo más activa como persona creativa este 2022 — ¡Así que crucemos deditos porque este año este llena de más hermosas, coloridas y mágicas sorpresas!

It feels so nice to be back around here and introduce one of my drawings. The whole process of preparing the images and details for posting, along with the good feeling that comes from remembering the time spent for this wonderful result, just makes me glow with joy and I can't wait to share even more with you in the upcoming days. I intend to be far more active as a creative person in 2022 — so let's keep our fingers crossed that this year will be full of many gorgeous, colorful, and magical surprises!
