Hola chicos que tal estais! han pasado unos días ya desde que me presente en la plataforma, pero por estar ocupado con ciertos asuntos me tarde mas de lo esperado para comenzar a escribir mi primer post, ademas de que aun no tenia claro de que escribir como mi primer articulo en el blog o al menos asi fue hasta hoy. Veran chicos, en estos días paso algo un poco triste que me inspiró a escribir este post ya que me hizo reflexionar bastante (cosa que por incluir a terceros, prefiero no hablar de ello con lujo de detalles) sin embargo, las circunstancias, eventos o hechos que llevaron a originar este tipo de situación si es algo de lo que me dieron deseos de hablar, porque es un problema que aunque algunos sobrellevamos mejor que otros, igual nos afecta a absolutamente a todos los seres humanos que vivimos en esta sociedad. Así que sin más que decir, si eres una de esas personas que vive enfrentando los prejuicios, críticas o cualquiera de estos tipos de problemas que intentan menospreciar tu vida o hacerte sentir inferior, viviendo cada día enfrentando humillaciones por parte de otras personas o inclusive proveniente de tí mismo (en los peores caso), entonces te invito a que por favor me regales unos minutos de tu tiempo y me acompañes hasta el final de este post con el cual espero ayudarte a abrir un poco tu mente, entender como tal vez terminaste de esa forma y buscar mejores maneras para salir de esa situación. De igual manera **si no eres una de esas personas** espero que igual por favor te tomes el tiempo para leer este post y tal vez te ayude a entender como algunas personas terminan con graves problemas de depresión ya que tal vez algún día te encuentres con una persona que enfrente este tipo de circunstancia y espero que seas capaz de ayudarla (que ojala no existiera ninguna y nadie sufriera pero lamentablemente los dos sabemos que no es algo realista en este mundo lleno de crueldad humana). Asi que bueno, entonces empecemos. Bien, primero que nada vayamos haciendo distintas preguntas que nos lleven a entender como funciona y se maneja la sociedad en este mundo, hasta llegar al punto u cuyo mensaje que quiero transmitir al final. Se que tal vez para algunos resulte algo redundante ya que gran parte de nosotros entendemos el tipo de mundo en el que vivimos hasta cierto punto en su mayoría, sin embargo habrán algunos que aún no, por eso, decidí comenzar hablando del tema abiertamente, con la idea claro, de no extenderme más de lo necesario. Primero. #### ¿Que tipo de sociedad enfrenta el ser humano hoy en dia? https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/torresx/Eou7FDLRHBrjTRLqkw1rdW5BLeNqDXdqUnxRVCEiMu6A71MTgvcQCt7dmoyDSGEUZzb.jpg No es un secreto para la mayoria el tipo de sociedad que enfrentamos actualmente, una centrada mayormente en lo material, totalmente superficial y incluso con tipos de mentalidad de los cuales si no tienes, tambien serás juzgado y menospreciado por la sociedad. En resúmen, siempre sin importar que hagas, serás juzgado por la humanidad. Por eso en este punto a todos en algun momento nos surge una misma pregunta por igual, una que llega al buscar desesperadamente una salida de nuestra inconformidad. #### ¿Cómo debería enfrentarlo? https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/torresx/Eoc61pZxrSVEfswXrwQEqieC1azDyKWA3KbtzW5id4Pw2RdQqK9vc7qkS8HHb1nB41N.jpg Casi todos nos hemos preguntado esto en algún momento, en cuánto empezamos a conocer la horrible cara de la sociedad en la que estamos viviendo y aunque todos encuentran distintas respuestas para esto, no todas las personas adquirimos las mas sanas o las mas correctas para sobrellevarlo. Ademas, aunque muchos tengamos padres o amigos confiables que nos apoyan (cosa que no es el caso para todos) igualmente en muchas ocasiones estas palabras de apoyo o consejos que bien desde su punto de vista pueden ser buenos, en muchos casos, solo nos terminan destruyendo o dejándonos en un peor estado (y se que algunos entenderan a lo que me refiero). Porque quiero que todos entendáis algo "*Nunca sabréis completamente como una persona se siente aunque creáis darlo por hecho*". **¿Por que digo eso?** se preguntarán, bueno la razón es porque aún si "tú" tuviste el mismo y exacto problema que esa persona ahora esta viviendo, recuerda que esa persona sencillamente no es el "tú" de ese momento, porque no todos sabemos lo mismo, no todos tenemos el mismo grado de valor, fuerza, inteligencia, o sabio conocimiento y por esa razon, aún si dos personas estan viviendo una misma y exacta situación, la forma en que estos la enfrenten o la medida en que los afecte, siempre, recuerda bien **SIEMPRE**, va a ser diferente. Pondre como ejemplo una **experiencia personal**, veran, cuándo yo era mas joven, en la escuela sufrí de cierto grado de bullying de parte de mis compañeros y aunque bien no era tan grave a los ojos de muchos, terminó causando un gran sufrimiento. La mayoria de las bromas siempre fueron de forma verbal, por eso muchos decían que no era tan grave y es cierto, mis amigos me decían que simplemente lo ignorara y por mucho tiempo lo hice así; ya que despues de todo siempre fuí un chico muy seguro de mí mismo y por eso nunca condujo a un problema real. De modo que ustedes dirán ¿Entonces como sufriste al final?? Pues para responderles, primero les preguntaré esto, si una gota de agua cayera sobre una tabla de madera ¿que sucedería? ¡Exacto! ¡Nada! Apenas y se humedeceria, asi que ¿fue una pregunta facil no lo crees? Pero ahora te pregunto esto, y si la misma gota de agua cayera sobre esa misma tabla de madera no solo una hora o un día, sino por años. constantemente sin parar. ¿Que creés que sucederá? ¡Exacto! Es como muchos de ustedes pensaron de inmediato, la tabla de madera eventualmente se pudrirá. La gota de agua que antes fue completamente insignificante, ahora se convirtió en un arma mortal. Pues ahora ¿por que te dije todo eso?, pues si, es como mucho de ustedes ya se habran de imaginar, exactamente lo mismo sucede con las burlas, porque en mi opinión pienso que es verdad lo que muchas personas dicen "las palabras duelen mas que un golpe" y si bien es cierto que algunos de nosotros podemos ser de una voluntad mas fuerte que la de la mayoria, de igual forma no eres invencible y por eso ante un flujo constante de críticas, por muy fuerte que seas o por más que intentes ignorarlo, tarde o temprano te quebrarás como me sucedio a mí después de vivir eso por años. Y entonces empezará el verdadero problema causando que ahora esas mismas críticas que si bien antes no les dabas la mas minima importancia, esta vez empezaran a amargarte el alma al punto que como sucede en muchos casos, un trauma se genera. Llevandote a tomar medidas mayores y caer en un estado mucho peor. Diferente claro para cada persona, en algunos una actitud mas agresiva y en otros uno mas cercano a la depresión. Pero eso no es todo, aquí viene lo mas absurdo de toda esta situación y es que a los ojos de tus muchos "amigos" o familiares estarás siendo exagerado y solo dejandote vencer por la situación y como resultado para algunos solo seras visto como alguien debil que solo se rindió. Ahora, se que muchos se sentirán un poco identificados con esto como habran muchos que no, ya que se que la mayoria de los que esten pasando por esto, no creo que esten siquiera en la plataforma o tomándose un momento para leer un blog. Pero de igual manera en el caso de que los haya quise contar mi experiencia y dar mis consejos para enfrentar éstos tipos de situación. Consejos que dejaré a continuación. #### Mis consejos #### 1.Busca tu propia aceptación, no la de otros: https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/torresx/EpGPF8fx9TMbwZQVxREVc9f7ADugDDkAHtWuWYAUAUvLewep3iXxQy4u1rtvCmrigtY.jpg Todos algunas veces al enfrentar este tipo de situaciones escuchamos frases como "aceptate así como eres" o "No puedes cambiar tu situación", pero déjenme decirles que las dos son un error, todo en esta vida tiene una solución, simplemente aveces nos cuesta dar con esta, por eso si te encuentras en una situación con la que no estás conforme o te sientes menos, cámbialo hasta que te aceptes a ti mismo y no hasta que otros lo hagan! Porque si vives buscando la aceptación de otros entonces, solo estarás cometiendo un grave error y nunca lograrás nada; Ya que como deberías saber agradar a unos es desagradar a otros. Y si en algun momento cruzó por tu cabeza un "no puedo" ni se te ocurra decirlo porque claro que puedes hacerlo, es solo que viviste tanto tiempo escuchando de otras personas que no puedes, que al final tú también terminaste creyendo eso. Así que déjame decirte que solo estás siendo engañado y tú lo estás permitiendo. #### 2. Reflexiona y se honesto contigo mismo: https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/torresx/Eq365zohfmfiYoCCWxQfid2dqBPSjaXLtM5m81Tcz12X54DvpWdYPpFS3iNgxmuJHQP.jpg Se que muchas de esas personas que piensan que no pueden cambiar las cosas, no están siendo honestos consigo mismas, verán la mayoria de las personas cuando caemos en este complejo de inferioridad o falta de confianza, aveces entre ellos hay algunos que igual deciden intentarlo pero al ver que no ocurre una gran mejoría en los resultados, simplemente desisten de seguir haciendolo. Pero déjame que te diga algo, la verdad es que la mayoría **NO LO INTENTAN EN SERIO**, solo se engañan a si mismo diciéndo que lo está haciendo, cuando en realidad no ponen el más mínimo esfuerzo. Así que si eres de los que dice que "lo esta intentando" te invito a reflexionar **HONESTAMENTE** y preguntarte a tí mismo si de verdad lo estás haciendo, mientras pones un esfuerzo **REAL** y no lo que según tú llamas esfuerzo. ##### 3.Cree en lo que haces: https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/torresx/EpT2BQGDLhiPMW4Do1oBc1XQr54JPtdvyU8N98Uvq8ar2zp43Sxrj9zM5ZYqN1ubJv4.jpg Este punto en mi opinión es muy importante, porque aún si estás haciendo un **ENORME** esfuerzo por conseguir lo que quieres y estás haciendo todo correcto, para ser honesto si no crees en ello y en qué puedes conseguirlo, en mi opinión **NUNCA** podrás tenerlo y todo tu esfuerzo solo estará yendo a la basura. Por eso debes aprender a tener fe, una total y ferviente convicción. (Y créeme que lo se, no es fácil) después de todo, éstos consejos se basan en mi propia experiencia y como salí poco a poco del hoyo en el que estaba viviendo. Así que sin más de agregar, espero que esto haya ayudado al menos a una sola persona a reflexionar ya que de esa forma, el tiempo que me tome para escribir todo esto habrá valido al menos. ###### Y al mismo tiempo aprovecharé el momento para dar un consejo a aquellas personas que ahora mismo estén del otro lado del camino. El consejo es que por favor eviten en la medida de lo posible hacer burlas a otros, ya sea sobre su aspecto físico o situación y aún menos si no es alguien muy cercano, porque ustedes no saben que tipo de problema esta viviendo y si tal vez tus burlas que bien a ti podrían parecerte algo inofensivas en realidad son todo lo contrario y por ende solo está alimentando su dolor, angustia e inseguridades, porque recuerda que la mayoria de las personas en estás situaciones solo se fuerzan a si mismos a fingir una sonrisa, cuando en realidad en el fondo les está causando una gran pena. Por eso te invito a que en vez de hacer una burla o menospreciar, más bien seas alguien más prudente, empático y que apoye a los demás. Hi guys how are you! it's been a few days since I introduced myself on the platform, but because I was busy with certain issues it took me longer than expected to start writing my first post, plus I still had not clear what to write about as my first article on the blog or at least it was so until today. You see guys, in these days something a little sad happened that inspired me to write this post because it made me reflect a lot (something that by including third parties, I prefer not to talk about it in detail) however, the circumstances, events or facts that led to originate this kind of situation is something that made me want to talk about, because it is a problem that although some of us cope better than others, it still affects absolutely all human beings living in this society. So without further ado, if you are one of those people who live facing prejudice, criticism or any of these types of problems that try to belittle your life or make you feel inferior, living every day facing humiliation from other people or even from yourself (in the worst cases), then I invite you to please give me a few minutes of your time and join me until the end of this post with which I hope to help you open your mind a little, understand how maybe you ended up that way and look for better ways to get out of that situation. Likewise **if you are not one of those people** I hope you will still please take the time to read this post and maybe it will help you understand how some people end up with serious depression problems as you may one day come across a person facing this kind of circumstance and I hope you will be able to help them (which I wish there were none and no one would suffer but unfortunately we both know that is not realistic in this world full of human cruelty). So well then, let's get started. Well, first of all let's ask different questions that lead us to understand how society works and is managed in this world, until we get to the point or whose message I want to convey at the end. I know that perhaps for some it may be somewhat redundant since most of us understand the type of world in which we live to a certain extent, however there will be some who still do not, so I decided to start talking about the subject openly, with the idea of course, not to extend more than necessary. Also, although many of us have parents or reliable friends who support us (which is not the case for everyone), in many occasions these words of support or advice that may be good from their point of view, in many cases, only end up destroying us or leaving us in a worse state (and I know that some of you will understand what I mean). Because I want you all to understand something "*You will never know completely how a person feels even if you think you take it for granted*". **Why do I say that?** you may ask, well the reason is because even if "you" had the exact same problem that this person is now living, remember that this person is simply not the "you" of that moment, because not everyone knows the same, not everyone has the same degree of courage, strength, intelligence, or wise knowledge and for that reason, even if two people are living the same exact situation, the way in which they face it or the extent to which it affects them, always, remember well **ALWAYS**, will be different. I will give as an example a **personal experience**, you see, when I was younger, at school I suffered a certain degree of bullying from my classmates and although it was not so serious in the eyes of many, it ended up causing great suffering. Most of the jokes were always verbal, that's why many said it wasn't that serious and it's true, my friends told me to just ignore it and for a long time I did; after all I was always a very confident guy and that's why it never led to a real problem. So you may say, "So how did you suffer in the end? Well, to answer you, first I will ask you this, if a drop of water were to fall once on a wooden board, what would happen? Exactly! Nothing! It would barely even get wet, so it was an easy question, wasn't it? But now I ask you this, what if the same drop of water were to fall on that same wooden board not just for an hour or a day, but for years, constantly without stopping, what do you think would happen? That's right! It is as many of you immediately thought, the wooden board will eventually rot. The drop of water that was once completely insignificant, now became a deadly weapon. Well now, why did I tell you all that? well yes, as many of you can imagine, exactly the same thing happens with mockery, because in my opinion I think it is true what many people say "words hurt more than a blow" and although it is true that some of us may be stronger willed than most, you are not invincible and therefore in the face of a constant flow of criticism, no matter how strong you are or how hard you try to ignore it, sooner or later you will break as it happened to me after living that for years. And then the real problem will begin causing that now those same criticisms that although before you did not give them the slightest importance, this time will begin to embitter your soul to the point that as happens in many cases, a trauma is generated. Leading you to take greater measures and fall into a much worse state. Different for each person, of course, in some a more aggressive attitude and in others one closer to depression. But that's not all, here comes the most absurd part of this whole situation and that is that in the eyes of your many "friends" or family members you will be overreacting and just letting yourself be defeated by the situation and as a result for some you will just be seen as someone weak who just gave up. Now, I know that many will feel a little bit identified with this as there will be many who will not, as I know that most of those who are going through this, I don't think they are even on the platform or taking a moment to read a blog. But just in case there are some people I wanted to tell my experience and give my advice to face these types of situations. Because if you live looking for the acceptance of others then, you will only be making a big mistake and you will never achieve anything; Because as you should know, to please some is to displease others. And if at some point you said "I can't" don't even think about saying it because of course you can do it, it's just that you lived so long hearing from other people that you can't, that in the end you ended up believing that too. But let me tell you something, the truth is that most of them **DON'T REALLY TRY**, they only fool themselves by saying that they are doing it, when in reality they don't put the slightest effort into it. That's why you must learn to have faith, a total and fervent conviction (and believe me I know, it's not easy) after all, these tips are based on my own experience and how I slowly got out of the hole I was living in. So without further ado, I hope this has helped at least one person to reflect, because in that way, the time I took to write all this will have been worth at least one person's time. And at the same time I will take the opportunity to give some advice to those people who are on the other side of the road right now. The advice is to please avoid as much as possible to make fun of others, either about their physical appearance or situation and even less if it is not someone very close, because you do not know what kind of problem they are living and if perhaps your teasing that may seem harmless to you might seem somewhat harmless in reality are quite the opposite and therefore is only feeding their pain, anguish and insecurities, because remember that most people in these situations only force themselves to fake a smile, when in fact deep down it is causing them great sorrow. That is why I invite you, instead of making a mockery or belittling, to be someone more prudent, empathetic and supportive of others.
