Dumplings are the main menu that can be eaten in China.

In Japan, I will eat differently from Chinese dumplings.

It has a style of wrapping bean paste with thin leather and steaming it.

餃子を食べたことはありますか？

餃子は中国で主に食べられるメニューです。

日本では、中国の水餃子とは違う食べ方をします。

それは、薄い皮で餡を包み、蒸し焼きにするというスタイルをとっているのです。

Japanese are very good at incorporating culture.

While treating imported culture, it will turn into Japanese culture in order to change it to original.

As for food culture as well, we recognize dumplings as Chinese cuisine, but it is totally different from the original Chinese.

For that reason, grilled dumplings, which Japanese people eat Chinese food, is considered as a Japanese cuisine in other countries.

日本人は文化を取り入れることがとても得意です。

取り入れた文化を大切にしつつも、オリジナルに変化させてしまうために、日本の文化に変わってしまいます。

食文化についても同様で、私たちは餃子を中華料理と認識していますが、本家である中国からすると全く違うものです。

そのため、日本人が中華料理と思い食べている焼き餃子は、諸外国では日本料理として考えられているのです。

I would like to tell you how to make dumplings made well as home cooking.

日本で発展した焼き餃子は、地域によって特徴があります。

私の住む福岡では、「博多餃子」という小さめの餃子が人気です。

家庭料理としてもよく作られる餃子の作り方をお伝えしたいと思います。

Recipe for dumplings

餃子のレシピ

Material (50 pieces)

材料（50個分量）

Pork belly 250 g

豚ひきにく250ｇ

Cabbage 50 g

キャベツ　50ｇ

1 tablespoon garlic

ニンニク　大さじ1

1 teaspoon of ginger juice

生姜汁　小さじ1

1 teaspoon oyster sauce

オイスターソース　小さじ1

1/2 teaspoon salt

塩　小さじ1/2

① Let's boil cabbage. It's about two minutes.

①キャベツをサッと茹でましょう。二分ほどです。

② Finely chopped cabbage.

②キャベツをみじん切りにします。

③ Put minced pork and garlic, ginger juice, oyster sauce and salt in the bowl.

③ボウルに豚ミンチとにんにく、生姜汁、オイスターソース、塩を入れます。

④ Squeeze the cut cabbage hard and put it in the bowl.

④先程切ったキャベツを硬く絞ってボウルに入れます。

⑤ Using a spoon, continue to knead until it gets sticky.

⑤スプーンを使って、粘り気が出るまで練っていきます。

⑥ Make the bowl mince into five equal parts and place the bean paste on the 10 leather.

⑥ボウルのミンチを五等分にして、１０枚の皮に餡を載せます。

⑦ Apply water to the edge of the leather, weave only one side and make folds and close.

⑦皮の端に水を付け、片側だけ織り込んでひだを作って閉じていきます。

⑧If you wrap it, lightly press it to make the bottom flat.

⑧包めたら軽く押して底を平らにしておきます。

⑨ Put oil in a frying pan before heating to arrange dumplings.

⑨熱する前のフライパンに油を引いて、餃子を並べます。

⑩ Heat for 2 minutes at medium heat and bake the grill at the bottom.

⑩中火で２分加熱し、底に焼き目をつけます。

⑪ Add water enough to cover 1 ㎝ dumplings and then lid.

⑪餃子が１㎝つかるほどの水を加えて、蓋をします。

⑫ After 5 minutes, open the lid and let the remaining moisture fly away.

⑫５分経ったら蓋を開け、残りの水分を飛ばしましょう。

⑬ It is completed when moderate moisture flew. Serve on a plate. Ponzu goes well.

⑬程よく水分が飛んだら完成です。皿に盛ります。ポン酢がよく合いますよ。
