Preparación: Primero se coloca la carne molida por unos 5 minutos en un envase con agua.

Luego se escurre la carne, se coloca 1 cucharadita de sal y el aliño en polvo de ajo, perejil y cebolla, se mezcla y deja reposar unos minutos, mientras picamos los aliños.

Después colocamos en el pica todo, las ramitas de cilantro y cebollin, también agregamos unos 3 ajos sacados del aceite, procesamos los ingredientes hasta que quede picado en trozos pequeños.

Ahora agregamos este aliño picado a la carne, colocamos 3 cucharadas de aceite de ajo, mezclamos todo muy bien, y dejamos reposar por 15 minutos, para que la carne adquiera el sabor de los aliños.

Pasados los 15 minutos, se coloca la carne en el caldero o sartén, se enciende la cocina a fuego alto y se comienza a sofreír la carne aliñada, se debe remover constantemente hasta que quede doradita y seca.

En este momento se coloca en la cocina a fuego alto, el agua con la sal, al hervir se echa la pasta y se remueve de vez en cuando .

Ahora se pican los tomates, se colocan en el pica todo y procesan hasta que quede picado en trozos pequeños y con poca salsa.

La salsa con trocitos de tomate, la echamos a la carne molida (ya seca), revolvemos, bajamos el fuego, y dejamos cocinar por unos 10 a 15 minutos hasta ver que el líquido de los tomates bajo un poco, luego apagamos y tapamos.
