El 19 de marzo del 2017 comencé un nuevo camino laborar en una empresa que en una semana abriría sus puerta para el público, el Centro Turístico Los Cabos ubicado en el estado Monagas del país Venezuela, quien iba a pensar que fui el ultimo antiguo que me tuve que retirar de la empresa. >On March 19, 2017 I started a new way to work in a company that in a week would open its doors to the public, the Los Cabos Tourist Center located in the state of Monagas in the country of Venezuela, who would have thought that I was the last old that I had to retire from the company. ![IMG-20210222-WA0002.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmaFyw2QC7uSh7N9tiM37qtMRHE7ZdJytBdiHGY1pJxnGM/IMG-20210222-WA0002.jpg) Comencé como ayudante de cocina no olvidare que me gane el puesto porque el primer día tuve que pelar y procesar 4 saco de papas de 50kl con una compañera y guiado por una hermosa señora que me enseño mucho; el trabajo era fuerte porque eran muchos alimentos que se procesaban para enviarlo a la cocina principal. Pero recuerdo que en esos tiempo había mucho movimiento y llego el día en que me dieron la oportunidad de cocinar en la cocina principal en el área de fritura, demostrando mi agilidad y aprendizaje rápido en lo práctico, fue así cuando en dos meses ya era cocinero en la cocina principal. A los 6 meses el chef decidió retirarse y llego el momento en que todos me postularían para ser el jefe de cocina y fue así como llegue a dirigir un equipo de 6 personas, no era fácil pero gracia a la dedicación de cada uno el trabajo era mas fructífero e incluso mi meta era que siempre tuvieran el un mejor ambiente laborar demostrando que ningunos de los empleado que comenzaron con migo siguieron hasta que tomaron la decisión de colocarme en la gerencia de almacén y auditoria. >I started as a kitchen assistant and I will not forget that I won the position because in one day I shoveled and processed 4 50kl sacks of potatoes with a partner and guided by a beautiful lady who taught me a lot; the work was hard because there were many foods that were processed to send it to the main kitchen. requería de mas días de trabajo y mucha procesión en los numero para poder auditar y mantener las cuentas clara de los inventarios de almacén, producción y cocina, como me encanta la organización cree varios cuadros en Excel que me permitían auditar con mayor precisión, así lograr entregar todos los lunes mi reporte semanal, les digo no era fácil auditar y estar regañando al personal de cocina porque siempre tenían falta pero lo bueno es que la asumían porque así los enseñe cuentas claras mantienen amistades. >A year later, they changed my position, giving me a big responsibility that porque tenía la oportunidad de generar el sueldo por porcentaje de ventas de los eventos que realizaba a pesar que era un trabajo que requería mucha dedicación y publicidad siempre me mantuve a buen rimo logrando consolidar por lo menos de uno a tres evento por semana, también llevaba mis control y elabore mi formato de presupuesto para envíale a los clientes y los reportes para las diferentes arias, pero llego el momento en que no tenia descanso y me estaba agotando por lo cual tuve que entregar la gerencia de almacén y dedicarme a los eventos. >About 6 months later the event manager todos recuerdo que me llamaban para trabajar en ocasiones para contabilizar hortaliza que exportaban a otros estados, pero Dios sabe porque hace las cosas igual tuve mucha tareas de la universidad y el tiempo que no estaba trabajando , me la pasaba estudiando, sin descartar lo sacrificio que tenía que hacer para siempre cumplir con mis responsabilidades académica me quedaba hasta las 9:00am o 10;00pm de la noches investigando en la empresa porque donde vivo no hay buena calidad de Internet, sacrificio que valió la pena y se los digo porque aquí pueden observar lo que he logrado, la oportunidad de comenzar a laborar bajo una cuarentena flexible, de inmediato me llamaron y me solicitaron que llamara a los empleados más competente y buscar ayudantes para realizar un buen mantenimiento de las arias, comencé con el cargo de eventos y marketing fue un trabajo duro pero no imposible porque se logro captar nuevos cliente y recibir a los clientes frecuente, pero era difícil complacer sus necesidades ya que la empresa estaba muy abandonadas y no todas las atracciones estaban en condiciones para usarlas, y fue difícil que los gerente entendieran que era necesario, al sol de hoy las áreas siguen iguales. llega el momento donde unos donde la mayoría de los empleados se retiraron y todo fue desmejorando, tuve que pedir cambio para ser anfitrión de venta porque tenía la oportunidad de ganar por comisiones y las propinas ayudaban mucho, pero era difícil para mí por el sol porque me insolaba y terminaba como un carbón jajaja, pero estaba trabajando gracia a Dios y con I had to ask for a change to be a sales host because I had the opportunity to earn commissions and the tips helped a lot, but it was difficult for me because of the sun because I got sunstroke and ended up like a coal hahaha, but I was working thanks to God and with much love I gave the best of me to offer the best service possible. ![IMG_0998.JPEG](https://images.hive.blog/DQmZ7aNR1y9h15MYHDat4fduSAfS4rLKcTvRr9HnRHo3C5Z/IMG_0998.JPEG) ![IMG-20201129-WA0032.jpg](https://images.hive.blog/DQmb13EgtWBkvhVbEN45yCFvgYW33e9Na82KBjJejguMH5F/IMG-20201129-WA0032.jpg) Hace como 7 meses me dieron la oportunidad de llevar la supervisión, fui bien claro al decir que lo haría pero era necesario el personal de mantenimiento de las tres arias piscina, sanitarios y arias verdes, y mi objetivo fue reparar los dañado y que todo se viera bonito fue un trabajo de dedicación pero lo logre en un mes porque todo volvió a tomar ritmó a pesar de que no tenia funcionaba porque se requería de grande inversiones se hizo lo mas importante para que la empresa agarrara vida y siempre fue mejorando la fluencia de cliente pero lo realice en un mes porque mi objetivo era seguir trabajando como anfitrión pero esta ves tenia que renunciar a los cabos para trabajar con la señora ivonne quien tiene la concepción del restaurante, y tenia muchas ganas de trabajar con ella porque era muy consciente y amable nos brindo muchos beneficios y comodidades que la empresa en si nunca lo había echo y fue así como en tres meses trabajando con ella progresivamente fue creciendo la fluencia de cliente, porque me dedique hacerle mucha publicidad por medios de vídeos fotos y llamando a los clientes, ofreciendo variedades en servios del restaurante, pero solo llegue a los tres meses, ya que esos días unos de los dueño decidió aumentar las entradas y como le informe a otro socio que no debían aumentar las entradas por muchas razones, digo que se lo tomo personal o una mala influencia que existe, su sobrina ella no quería que estuviera allí porque le daba celos que generara mas ingreso que ella pero era porque sabia hacer mi trabajo y estaba muy pendiente de que todos hicieran el suyo motivando y manteniendo en buena armonía el equipo de trabajo a pesar de que ella siempre quiso separarlo para dañar todo lo bueno, y fue así como el tío me mando a sacar de la empresa con la escusa que antes que nada su socio y el son compadres dándome a entender que por no enviarle el mensaje a el primero no confiaba en mi, siempre le tuve respeto pero hasta ese día y mas porque sin justificación me sacaron, cuando la mismas señora Ivonne quien era mi jefa en el momento me confeso todo llorando porque ella no quería que me sacaran pero era la empresa de ellos y no tenía muchas opciones, al sor de hoy lamentablemente la empresa se fue abajo ya casi los clientes no van, las ventas bajaron un 80% y nada a podido mejorar porque los socios no toman buenas decisiones. Hoy me dedico a publicar en esta maravillosa plataforma y la ayuda que me brinda se la agradezco mucho porque me inspira a soñar y querer crecer.
