Yesterday afternoon as usual I was queuing up fuel at one of the gas stations in Lhokseumawe, Aceh. While lining up I noticed the charging pump that was very long queue only at the Premium fueling pump. Unfortunately they put only one officer to serve dozens of motorcycles / cars that has long queue. It takes about half an hour to get Premium. As a matter of fact Pemium fuel very scarce and when it is available, you cant imagine how long will the queue be. Photo 1 (left). Premium long queue

Kemarin sore seperti biasanya saya mengantri bahan bakar di salah satu SPBU di Lhokseumawe. Sementara mengantri saya perhatikan pompa pengisian yang antriannya sangat panjang cuma pada pompa pengisian bahan bakar Premium. Repotnya lagi adalah kebijakan dari SPBU tersebut yang hanya menempatkan 1 orang petugas untuk melayani puluhan sepeda motor/mobil yang mengantri panjang Sementara beberapa pompa lain kelihatan kosong dan nyaris tidak ada aktivitas sama sekali. Membutuhkan waktu sekitar lebih dari setengah jam untuk bisa mendapatkan Premium. Faktanya juga premium sering susah ditemukan. Hal ini berbanding terbalik dengan berita di bebeapa media bahwa masyarakat yang menggunakan bahan bakar Premium berkurang.
