## Prologue The history has been created by Indonesia, the number of steem blockchain users from Indonesia has been at the top, the #indonesia tag also has been trending for a long time before. But the situation has passed, from hundreds and thousands of Indonesian users only able to born whale in low quantity, the level activity of Indonesian steem blockchain users is currently under 50 percent. What happened? There is no need to seek justification or defense for this statement, let's focus on the present. Some countries have been able to present a high level of solidity and born several blockchain users in a good and proud position with high steam power in a short time. We must learn it. On the other hand, we see the quantity of active blockchain steem users in Indonesia still loyal, have high motivation to earn steem, they also have good quality content personally. This is valuable and they are must be saved. This credibility must be maintained, and this delegation program initiatives present to answer this condition. ## Program objectives Learning from the history above, now we are prepared to take a step, take actions to ready to improve the situation and strengthen it. This initiative as an answer to the situation above and we have consolidated to invest with our half-democracy slogan "dari kita untuk kita", means "from us to us", maybe this tag also present as our characteristic. We have started this and will expose in the next post. The objectives of this activity are : 1. To Increase the amount from Indonesian steem blockchain users. 2. To give an appreciation to Indonesian steem blockchain users who are still active and still highly motivated. 3. To improve the decreasing of quality and quantity of content from Indonesian steem blockchain users. 4. To Create a united Indonesian steem blockchain users. 5. To Create Indonesian steem blockchain users now to be Indonesian steem blockchain users with large steem power regularly. ### Reconciliation and action efforts Every thought must need an action, therefore, in order to realize and strengthen Indonesian blockchain steem users, we begin the following steps. 1. Consolidating with several investors and this has been reported by @khanza.aulia in his post, a few days ago. 2. Gathering the steem power delegates from the active Indonesian blockchain steem users, who have agreed to this program. This has also been done. Some users of Steem Blockchain have expressed their willingness, and we still open this opportunity. Each delegation of 50, 100, 150, 200 steem power and so on can be done here. 3. Each investor and delegator will get benefit and curate from this account as well as other benefits in this program transparently. 4. Set a time policy for curating the content of each delegator and other users of the blockchain system. ## Consequences In each action there are consequences, in general, the consequences/sanctions in this program are : 1. Every Indonesian steem blockchain delegator in this activity is strictly prohibited from carrying out non-commendable actions such as plagiarism and duplication. Namun keadaan itu telah berlalu, dari ratusan ribu pengguna hanya mampu melahirkan sedikit whale, bahkan tingkat keaktifan pengguna steem blockchain dari Indoneisa saat ini berada di bawah 50 persen. Apa yang terjadi ? Tidak perlu mencari pembenaran maupun pembelaan atas pernyataan ini, mari lebih focus kepada saat ini dimana beberapa Negara dalam waktu yang singkat telah mampu menghadirkan tingkat soliditas yang tinggi dan mencetak beberapa pengguna blockchain dengan posisi yang bagus dan membanggakan. Disisi lain, kami melihat kuantitas pengguna blockchain aktif di Indonesia masih setia, memiliki motivasi tinggi mendulang steem, secara personal juga punya kualitas konten yang bagus. Ini adalah modal berharga dan harus diselamatkan. Kredibilitas ini harus dipertahankan, dan muncul inisiatif untuk program delegasi ini. ## Tujuan program Belajar dari sejarah di atas, saat ini kami bersiap sedia mengambil langkah dan tindakan untuk memperbaiki keadaan serta memperkuatnya. Inisiatif ini muncul sebagai jawaban atas keadaan di atas dan cara yang kami lakukan adalah konsolidasi untuk melakukan investasi dengan semboyan setengah demokrasi “dari kita untuk kita” kami memulai langkah ini. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Meningkatkan jumlah pengguna steem blockchain dari Indonesia. 2. Memberikan apresiasi kepada pengguna steem blockchain aktif dan memiliki motivasi tinggi. 3. Meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas konten yang menurun. 4. Menciptakan persatuan pengguna steem blockchain Indonesia. 5. Menciptakan pengguna steem blockchain yang memiliki steempower besar secara regular. ### Upaya rekonsiliasi dan aksi Setiap pemikiran butuh kepada sebuah tindakan, oleh sebab itu dalam rangka mewujudkan dan memperkuat pengguna blockchain dari Indonesia, kami memulai langkah berikut ini. 1. Melakukan konsolidasi dengan beberapa investor dan hal ini telah diberitakan oleh @khanza.aulia dalam postingannya beberapa waktu yang lalu. 2. Mengumpulkan delegasi steem power dari pengguna steem blockchain yang aktif dan telah menyatakan setuju dengan program ini. Hal ini telah juga dilakukan. Beberapa pengguna steem blockchain telah menyatakan bersedia, dan kami masih membuka peluang ini. Setiap delegasi 50, 100, 150, 200 dan seterusnya dapat dilakukan disini. 3. Setiap investor dan delegator akan mendapatkan keuntungan dan kurasi dari akun ini sekaligus keuntungan-keuntungan lain dalam kegiatan ini secara transparan. 4. Menetapkan waktu kebijakan untuk kurasi content setiap delegator dan pengguna steem blockchain lainnya. ## Konsekwensi Dalam setiap tindakan tentu terdapat konsekwensi, secara umum konskewensi/sanksi dalam program ini adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Setiap pengguna steem blockchain yang menjadi delegator dalam kegiatan ini sangat dilarang keras untuk melakukan tindakan tidak terpuji seperti plagiat dan duplikasi. Dengan kata lain kualitas konten tetap mengusung azas originalitas. 2. Content yang didatangi oleh mesin pencari plagiasi seperti cheetah atau bahkan divonis oleh steemcleaner, maka tidak akan mendapatkan kurasi dan diperintahkan untuk mencabut delegasi. 3. Setiap anggota dilarang untuk melakukan tindakan meminta vote diluar kesepakatan. Jika kedapatan maka konsekwensinya sama dengan aturan nomor 2 di atas. *Semua ini telah menjadi kesepakatan dan telah dilakukan konsolidasi antara investor dan delegator.
