Stripping Paint: Anxiety A Constant Companion

Especially from the male perspective it is often overlooked or brushed off as being weak or unmanly. I know for many women too, there is the idea that having sensitivities to certain scenarios is seen as dramatic and over the top. Mental health issues are so often shrouded in secrecy and even shame which unfortunately only makes things worse for those that suffer. In my opinion that prevents us from connecting with others and knowing that we are not alone in these challenges. So to me conversations like this are more powerful in healing than any counseling or therapy I've experienced. Ps.
