做法

\n1. 把粉葛、马铃薯、红枣、蜜枣、豪士和鸡胸肉放入汤锅中，再加入1公升的热沸水。\n\n2. 用大火将汤锅煮沸，待水煮沸再转小火继续煮。\n\n3.
