But how are you going to grasp these opportunities and make the most out of it. This is a very hard challenge, but certainly not impossible. In this article I will give you 6 ways to earn INTERNET MONEYYY.

Cryptocurrency investing

I can assume that most of you who are on Steemit have a bit of an idea what cryptocurrencies are. Because you are on Steemit of course.

Cryptocurrencies are a nice way to get some good income. But this isn't some get rich quick thing.

A few months ago I got very interested in cryptocurrency, the whole idea just fascinated me. The idea of a decentralised banking system which is: bounder-less, low fees and gives the power back to the people just really amazed me. I went down the rabbit hole and studied days on what it exactly was, how it works, why it's better and read a ton of white-papers to get some comparison.

Then I just started investing with some money I could afford to lose. I will give the most crucial tips that I've learned along the way and are essential for making INTERNET MONEYYY.

1. Never trust anyone

And with this I mean 90% of the people on the internet. In the cryptocurrency space there are a LOT of people that are just in it to make the quick money and shill there project. These projects are purely based on hype and have no fundamentals. You really have to be skeptic about what you read and see on the internet and always view someones story from multiple perspectives.

2.Fundamental research

This is the only thing that is really important when investing in cryptocurrencies. What is fundamental research exactly?

It's pretty simple. When you are going to fundamentally research a coin or stocks you have to look at certain fundamentals. These fundamentals are the bricks of the company or project and articulate the real intrinsic value of the company.

You can use this when you

1. Look at the team

And not just look at it. Do some good research about what projects they have done in the past and if they succeeded. This is very important because the team is what builds the project and if it's not good, the project will most likely not succeed.

2. Check the roadmap

Go look at their roadmap and get an idea of what they're planning to do. Check if they have met their goals and how well they met their goals. If all the goals of the previous year are met and everything works. That's a very good sign and in this way they build trust in their community.

3. Community

Go check on reddit/youtube/telegram if they have an active community and see what they're all talking about. Most of the time you can get some good information from these portals. A sign of a great community says a lot about a certain project. It means that the people probably really believe in the project and are willing to give their time to let the world know.

4. Read the white-paper

This could probably be one of the most important things when researching the fundamentals. In the white-paper they give you information about the tech, why the project even exists, why they need blockchain or an other revolutionary technology. With reading the white-papers of different currencies you can compare them and get an idea who stands out and has a chance to be the dominant one.

Because eventually 95% of all the coins that are on coinmarketcap right now will evaporate. The art is to invest in the coins that will be in that 5% that will win. That's why you HAVE to do fundamental research. It's easy to follow someone else's footsteps but the thing is that he probably just in it for himself, because that's how we as humans are. I'm not saying you shouldn't listen to anyone, I'm just saying that you have to draw your own conclusions and look at everything from an objective perspective.

These are the basics of fundamental research and are all very easy to do. With this you get an basic idea of what the project is all about. You can make good comparisons with other projects and decide for your own which will DOMINATE THEM ALLLL.

3. Opportunities will arise

When I first started the only thing I wanted to do was start investing. But the market had just gone up drastically. You probably know this quote but I think it still is one of the best quotes when you start investing.

Buy low, sell high.

How simple doest that sound, very simple. But it's not, it's very hard. When the market goes up everybody is in a very euphoric state. On twitter, reddit, youtube everybody is talking about that it will never stop and the only way is to the moon. But that's the harsh thing of trading, what goes up will go down. Another great quote from one of my role models Warren Buffet.

Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy when others are fearful. Warren Buffet

When you apply this principal in your investing decisions you are very smart:). Can you remember in late December and the beginning of January when crypto valuations were soaring. This was the time when everybody was very greedy. A very good indication that it was a good time to sell. Right now there is a lot of fear and uncertainty in the market. Guess what time it is. A little note by the way, I'm not a financial adviser nor should you take this as financial advise this is only for educational purposes.

Right now people aren't talking that much about cryptocurrencies. But the question you have to ask yourself is: Are the fundamentals changed?. If the answer is no. You can buy all the projects you like at huge discounts.

4. Never put money in it you can't afford to lose

This is very important when you start investing. When we are in a bull market everybody is so euphoric and they think it will go up forever. So the major masses start pouring in their well earned money. Most of the times this is money they absolutely can not afford to lose. This is money they need to live off, but because everybody is making lots of money they think that they will too.

When they are invested deeply, they are emotionally bonded to the money. And this is the worst situation you could be in when you are in crypto. Crypto is extremely volatile and price swings of 30+% is occur everyday. So the problem is when you are so deeply invested and there is a price swing to the downside. People will panic sell because it's money they have to live of. And that's when the smart money buys in.

5. Only invest in things you understand

This is also one of the famous quotes of Warren Buffet. He truly is an inspiration and a guiding light in the world of investing. The things he say sound so simple and easy to do, but in reality that's not always the case. But we will try to follow his advice and become an excellent investor.

When investing in cryptocurrencies you really should invest in things you understand. And by understanding I mean finding a subject that you have a lot of knowledge about. For example: if you have a certain knowledge about financial systems and you know everything about that subject. You should start by looking at cryptocurrencies that are trying to disrupt these original systems such as bitcoin.

When you invest in things you understand you can really differentiate the good from the bad. In this way you have more confidence in your investment. The big advantage which you will have is that when there are some big price swings you will sleep well because you know you've made a good investment.
