Ayer me quedé en casa debido a la situación país que se vive actualmente aquí en Venezuela, por lo que me quedé entrenando en casa y por supuesto grabé una rutina para todos ustedes donde tomé las fotos que les mostraré mientras explico la rutina del día. EJERCICIO #1: Comenzando con la rutina después del calentamiento adecuado, hice un "Aguante de Tuck Planche" durante 20 segundos también como ejercicio de calentamiento.

EXERCISE #1: Starting with the routine after the proper warm-up, I did a Tuck Planche hold for 20 seconds also as a warm-up exercise.

EJERCICIO #2: Para nuestro segundo ejercicio haremos de manera controlada entre 5-10 "Repeticiones de Parada de Manos" Esto depende de tu nivel actual en calistenia, si te resulta difícil puedes hacerlo en una pared o con la ayuda de un compañero o amigo de confianza.

EJERCICIO #3: En este ejercicio haremos "Negativas de Handstand a Tuck Planch", como su nombre lo indica haremos Handstand y con control corporal bajaremos lentamente hasta marcar Tuck Planch, luego haremos "L-Sit a Tuck Planch", repetiremos lo mismo hasta hacerlo 5 veces ambos movimientos.

EXERCISE #3: In this exercise we will do "Negatives from Handstand to Tuck Planch", as its name indicates we will do Handstand and with body control we will lower slowly until we mark Tuck Planch, then we will do "L-Sit to Tuck Planch", we will repeat the same until we do it 5 times both movements.

EJERCICIO #4: Aquí haremos una Biserie donde comenzaremos con 3 repeticiones de Lanzamientos marcando y si es posible sosteniendo el "Straddle Planch", y luego haremos 5 repeticiones de "Tuck a Tuck Avanzando Planch".

EJERCICIO #5: Para nuestro penúltimo ejercicio haremos 20 repeticiones de "Flexiones Profundas". Este ejercicio debe realizarse con control y manteniendo una postura correcta en todo momento.

EXERCISE #5: For our penultimate exercise we will do 20 repetitions of "Deep Push-Ups". This exercise must be performed with control and maintaining correct posture at all times.
