Comienzo en esta comunidad, de la cual había visto hace unos meses y me pareció muy interesante, para leer historias y ver algo que ya sabia que todos pasamos por dificultades, y sin duda la convivencia con nosotros mismos ante ellas se puede poner complicada.

Pero además quiero usar para poder contar las cosas que me puedan traer frustraciones y angustias, se que es terapéutico y que al quedar escritas serán buenas para mí mismo al verlas, así como con muchas cosas que suceden en la vida y que en retrospectiva con la tranquilidad adecuada podemos ver con alivio como se superaron.

But I also want to use it to be able to recount the things that can bring me frustrations and anguish, I know that it is therapeutic and that when they are written down they will be good for me when I see them, as well as with many things that happen in life and that in retrospect with the adequate tranquility we can see with relief how they were overcome.

Hoy quiero contar algunas reflexiones que tengo guardadas, en cuanto a mi manera de lidiar con ciertas situaciones, problemas que surgen y me afectan y que a pesar de superar algunos, o ir avanzando, guardo cosas dentro de mí y al final no me hacen bien.

Today I want to share some reflections that I have saved, regarding my way of dealing with certain situations, problems that arise and that despite overcoming some, or moving forward, I keep things inside me and in the end they do not do me good.

Muchas veces, por no decir casi todas, me cuesta soltar las cargas con las preocupaciones y angustias, hablar de ellas en los momentos oportunos en lugar de dejarlas pasar, pero habiendo quedado acumulado dentro de mi y reflotar en otros momentos con otras situaciones.

En ocasiones evito ese desahogo por no cargar con mis problemas o preocupaciones a otras personas que también están llenas de las suyas. Pero también por lo que pueda causar a raíz de soltar cosas que no siento del todo o que pueden herir a otra persona por mis frustraciones.

De todos modos debo entender, y por ello también escribo esto, que necesito aplicar en esos momentos el desahogar mis preocupaciones de manera adecuada y sin pensar en ser juzgado, ya que las personas que en realidad estén para apoyarme lo harán de la mejor manera y yo lo sabré.

Mis últimas semanas han sido fuertes en distintos ámbitos, y que al juntarse pues me hacen sobrepasar mi capacidad de aguante y manejo de las situaciones. Esto me termina afectando más allá del humor, en mi forma de afrontar cada día, de cumplir con mis responsabilidades y la manera en la que hago las cosas de la cotidianidad. Caigo en un letargo por estar aún afectado por los problemas suscitados, y paso el resto del día haciendo cosas que no me generen mayor angustia e intentando desestresarme.

Pero como bien dije hay momentos donde es necesario soltar y contar las cosas que me abruman porque si no con el paso del tiempo no puedo tener organizados los demás aspectos de la vida, de la cotidianidad y que esa organización y equilibrio me ayuden a afrontar mejor otras situaciones.

Hay muchas formas de desahogarse, normalmente y lo mejor sería con una persona en confianza y que entienda la situación, que en ese momento logre conectar y estar abierta a escuchar y apoyar, pero también es efectivo a través de la escritura, por eso se ve mucho en redes como twitter, la gente desahogando sus problemas.

Por mi bien tengo que soltar esas cargas en lugar de acumularlas. Por ello, aunque no siempre lo haya hecho mal, hago este llamado a mí mismo para tenerlo presente y aplicarlo. Además que escribir por aquí se que me ayudará por lo que comenté sobre los beneficios de ello.

Many times, if not almost all, it is difficult for me to let go of the burdens with worries and anxieties, to talk about them at the right times instead of letting them pass, but having been accumulated inside me and refloating at other times with other situations.

Sometimes I avoid that venting by not charging my problems or worries to other people who are also full of theirs. But also because of what it can cause as a result of letting go of things that I don't fully feel or that can hurt another person because of my frustrations.

In any case, I must understand, and that is why I am also writing this, that I need to apply in those moments to unburden my concerns in an appropriate way and without thinking of being judged, since the people who are actually there to support me they will do it in the best way and I will know.

My last few weeks have been strong in different areas, and when they come together they make me exceed my ability to endure and handle situations. This ends up affecting me beyond humor, in my way of facing each day, of fulfilling my responsibilities and the way in which I do everyday things. I fall into lethargy because I am still affected by the problems that have arisen, and I spend the rest of the day doing things that do not cause me more anguish and trying to de-stress.

But as I said, there are times when it is necessary to let go and recount the things that overwhelm me because otherwise, over time, I cannot organize the other aspects of life, of everyday life, and that organization and balance help me cope better other situations.

There are many ways to let off steam, normally and the best thing would be with a person you trust and who understands the situation, who at that moment manages to connect and be open to listen and support, but it is also effective through writing, that's why you can see a lot on networks like twitter, people venting their problems.

For my own good I have to let go of those burdens instead of accumulating them. Therefore, although I have not always done it wrong, I make this call to myself to keep it in mind and apply it. In addition to writing here, I know that it will help me because of what i comment on the benefits of it.
