Les invito mis amados lectores, a conocer de las actividades que realizamos todas las tardes en las instalaciones de nuestro amado Parque Guaiqueri en Cumaná, bajo el proyecto COFITEC GUAIQUERI, donde le brindamos la oportunidad a todos aquellos niños(debidamente representados) de participar en entrenamientos funcionales recreativos, que le permitan desarrollar los fundamentos básicos motrices, necesarios para su sano crecimiento a la vez que se aumentan sus capacidades físicas tanto aeróbicas como anaeróbicas, a la vez que promovemos la participación de los Padres en las actividades con sus hijos y el estilo de vida sana, llevando una buena nutrición y una buena relación familiar. I invite you my beloved readers, to know about the activities that we perform every afternoon in the facilities of our beloved Guaiqueri Park in Cumana, under the project COFITEC GUAIQUERI, where we give the opportunity to all those children (duly represented) to participate in recreational functional training, allowing them to develop the basic motor fundamentals necessary for their healthy growth while increasing their physical abilities both aerobic and anaerobic.
