안녕하세요, 스티미언 여러분 @realssook이에요! 요새 날씨가 많이 더운데 잘 이겨내고 계신가요? 벌써 7월마지막 주라니 1년의 반 이상이 지나가버렸어요. 시간 참 빠른 것 같지 않나요?... 제가 뉴욕 다녀 온지도 정말 엊그제 같은데 벌써 두 달전 이야기가 되었네요.(´°ω°｀) 더 늦어지기 전에 빠르게 포스팅 해볼게요! 고고씽. Hi, everyone. I'm @realssook. It is really hot these days. Are you beating the heat? And it's already the last week of July. What a last week!!! Time flies like an arrow. It seems like a few days ago that i visited New York, but about two months have already passed since then.(´°ω°｀) I'm gonna post before it's too late. Let's go~~~ ------------------------------------ 두근두근 3일 째. Palpitating Day 3. 이 날 원래 자연사박물관이랑 뮤지컬 라이온킹을 볼 계획이었어요. 그.런.데!!! 전날 쉐어룸을 같이 쓰시는 분이 '저지가든몰'에서 엄청 싸게 쇼핑했다고해서, 저도 저지가든몰에 잠깐 들러볼까하는 생각으로 일정을 바꿨어요. It was a day I was planning to visit American Museum of Natural History and watch a musical,'LION KING'. B.U.T!! A man who had shared a room with me told me that he went shopping at the Jersey Garden Mall very cheaply. So i changed my schedule. It's New Jersey's largest outlet and value retail center. Unlike New York City, there is no tax on clothes in New Jersey. (자신이 없다면 편도권만 사서 돌아올 때는 버스기사님한테 사는 방법도 있어요!) The bus i took is no.111. I bought a round trip ticket. A one-way ticket costs 7 dollars and a round trip ticket is 14 dollars. When I arrived at the platform, many people were already lined up. I had not waited long before the bus came. I sat at the front seat. Jersey Garden is a two-level indoor outlet mall. ![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmYJYsvL4K74NA4oS7KqFe67EJScqRFtMcb2PCmKVZAiLh/image.png) 사실 잠깐 들리려고 했던 이유가 오는 길에 부서진 캐리어 때문이었어요. 싸게 하나 장만하자라는 마음이었는데 돌아다니다보니 모든 것이 다 너무너무너무 싼거아니겠습니까?!! 우리가 흔히 아는 라코스테, 게스, 리바이스, 타미힐피커 이런 의류브랜드 가격이 한국에 비해 반도 안돼요. 아~ 이건 안사면 손해였어요. 사람들이 다 저지가든몰!저지가든몰! 했던 이유가 이거구나 싶었어요. Actually I just had thought I had to buy only a suitcase.(Because my suitcase was broken on the way to New York.) However, It was very cheap price there. So I couldn't help buying other things. There were a lot of outlets like this. Really nothing to sell. (화장실 한번가기 귀찮음ㅜㅜ) 아무튼 이렇게 정신없이 쇼핑하다 보니 점심시간이 애매해졌어요. 간단히 몰 내에 있는 마켓에서 물이랑 과자를 사먹었답니다 . . . All bathrooms are at the end of the hall. So It was a bother to go. :( Anyway the lunch time became ambiguous because I went shopping without thinking about it. It was really tasty that snack, COMBOS. Blue Cheese Taste is good for me. My shopping list. ①Victoria Secret_ body lotion and underwear. ②Lacoste knitwear. (approximately $ 30) ③ Tommy Hilfiger PK shirts and dress. ④ H&M dress. (A dress to wear when going to Vietnam. Maybe because it's not a garment. I paid it over $ 80.) (이렇게나 싼데 다른 것도 더 많이 사올걸ㅠ-ㅠ) ⑥Coach tote bag. It was almost at a clearance sale price. I was sooooooo surprised. I got it for a silly price around $ 100. I felt regret that I had bought only one bag. :'( 이렇게 시간가는 줄 모르게 쇼핑만하다보니 5시 가까이 돼버렸어요. 아침부터 오후 5시;;; From morning till 5PM, I just went shopping. 더 하고 싶었는데 7시에있는 뮤지컬 라이온킹은 놓칠 수 없어서 부랴부랴 버스타러 나갔어요. I wanted to do more but I couldn't miss the musical 'Lion King.' So I hurried out. ㅋㅋㅋ그런데 버스정류장 어딘지 몰라서 한 기사님께 포스어소리티터미널 어떻게가냐고 물어서 겨우 갔어요. ㅜㅜ 진짜 하마터면 비싼 뮤지컬을 놓칠 뻔 했네요. It was hard for me to look for a bus stop. :( I asked a driver how to get Port Authority Terminal and was barely just in time for the bus. No time to buy coffee before watching a musical, I just kept my baggage in the hotel. And then I ran to the Minskoff Theater to watch the Lion King. A ticket and pamphlet. 사실 뮤지컬은 제대로 즐기지 못했어요.ㅜㅜ 쇼핑하느라 진을 다빼서인지 보기 전부터 피곤함이 한 가득 쌓인 상태. 그 웅장한 라이온킹을 보며 중간중간 깜빡 졸았어요. 미쳤어유... 뉴욕은 뮤지컬 보러가는 곳이라는 말도 있는데,!!! 그래도 라이온킹 무대연출이 쩐다는 건 확실히 알겠어요. 감탄이 절로 나오는 부분. 일단 소품들이 다 리얼해요. 그리고 지휘자 분이 지휘하는 모습도 멋졌고, 양 옆에서 음향효과 내주시는 연주자 분들도 신기했어요. 물론 배우 분들의 연기는 당연히 최고. 역시 명성답게 갓 브로드웨이 뮤지컬. 믿고보는 브로드웨이뮤지컬?!이에요. 중간에 졸아서 놓친 부분을 달래기 위해 다음날 로터리를 도전해봤지만 실패ㅜㅜ 여러분 뉴욕가서는 꼭 뮤지컬을 보는 거래요. 뭐든! 영어 못 알아듣는다고 안 보시면 후회할거에요! 잘 몰라도 보는 맛 듣는 맛이 있으니 강추합니다! Actually I couldn't really enjoy it. I dozed off...:-(I must have exhausted because of shopping. I thought I was too tired to watch. But I was sure the stage was veeeeeeeery wonderful. It was really lit. I was overwhelmed with admiration. The props were all real. And the conductor who directed the musical was so cool. Also, I was fascinated by the performers who gave us acoustic effects. Of course, the actors ' performance was absolutely superb. Awesome in various ways!!! Back at the hotel,I tried to rottery cause I wanted to recover my lost spot. But i didn't win...:-( 결국 이 날 자연사박물관은 못가고 쇼핑과 뮤지컬로 하루를 마무리했답니다. After all, I didn't go to the Natural History Museum on this day. I just finished the day with shopping and musicals. :-> Anyhow guys, I heard you have to watch a musical in New York. Though you don't understand English, it's OK. (I did!) Just fun to watch. I strongly recommend watching musical.
