español No sé exactamente cuál es el origen de tales episodios, pero se que durante mucho tiempo, he sentido mucha ansiedad al tomar el autobús, o cuando estoy sola en un lugar lleno de gente. Simplemente, me empiezan a sudar las manos, me mareo, mi respiración se acorta, sensaciones de que me voy a desmayar y esas cosas por el estilo. No es divertido, sobre todo por que interrumpen tus actividades diarias, y si la vida tal y como existe puede llegar a ser complicada, esto le puede sumar más dificultad. Es así como por un tiempo, estuve en visitando a una psicóloga (por estos problemas, y otros más) y durante las consultas, me invito a practicar ciertos tips que me ayudaba a manejar estos episodios.

Pero, cuando los episodios son muy recurrentes, en momentos inapropiados, con cirta duración y frecuencia indeseable y sobre todo, no EXISTE peligro real, entonces estamos hablando de un trastorno de ansiedad.

Este último esta acompañado con ciertas sintomatologías físicas que muchas veces la gente puede confundirlo hasta con un ataque al corazón (si es así de feo) y estos síntomas pueden ser variados, pero todos están acompañados con un intenso miedo, puedes ser de perderse, o perder algo, de desmayarse (mi caso) o incluso de morir… Por eso, como se que no estoy sola en esto quiero compartir a quien este atravesando por episodios como estos, incluso a ayudar a quella persona quien tiene un familiar que necesite ayuda…
