Muchas veces he escuchado decir que para comenzar a emprender no es necesario contar con dinero sino que con tener las ganas es más que suficiente, de lo que difiero totalmente.

Tengo un poco más de 11 años en lo que para mí significa un emprendimiento hermoso y apasionante que es en el mundo de la repostería.

Siempre me había gustado preparar dulces en casa para mí familia hasta que de repente por llevar uno de esos postres al colegio surgieron los pedidos de tortas de chocolate con crema de chocolate, a el se sumó también las tortas de tres leches.

I had always liked to prepare sweets at home for my family until suddenly, when I took one of those desserts to school, the orders for chocolate cakes with chocolate cream came up, and then the tres leches cakes were added to the list. ___

Es decir que no solo me preparaba para un día de clases sino que también para llevar esas divinas tortas para vender en el colegio entre compañeros de clases y profesores, realmente lo disfruté muchísimo.

Not only was I preparing for a school day but also to take those divine cakes to sell at school to my classmates and teachers, I really enjoyed it a lot. ___

Llegó el día en el que me animé a llegar un poco más allá y vender mis pasteles y dulces presentando mis trabajos a más personas y para eso cree una cuenta en facebook y les confieso que no contaba con un álbum de fotos de mis creaciones y no me quedo más que tomar y utilizar imagenes de referencia del internet, cosa que se los hacía saber a los posibles clientes.

Claro está para crear mi cuarta en facebook que lo cree junto con mi hermana que siempre me ha ayudado en este emprendimiento, creamos un nombre en el que decidimos llamar "DolceMily delicias y delicateses" en lo que hoy en día se llama "DolceMily delicias" ya que lo de delicateses me parece un poco más gourmet, más delicado y realmente no se orienta del todo así.

Recuerdo con mucho cariño Mi primera cliente como DolceMily fue una excompañera de clases quien me solicitó una torta en fondant con la temática de halloween para el cumpleaños de su bebé, realmente estaba bastante nerviosa porque sentía el compromiso y la responsabilidad de que tenía que gustarles porque de ahí podían surgir más clientes y a la vez también sentía mucho temor de que no quedará tan bonito como lo imaginaba.

I remember fondly my first client as DolceMily was a former classmate who asked me for a fondant cake with the theme of Halloween for her baby's birthday, I was really nervous because I felt the commitment and responsibility that they had to like it because that could lead to more customers and at the same time I also felt very afraid that it would not be as nice as I imagined. ___

Por aquí les comparto este primer trabajo que a Dios gracias les encantó y superó las expectativas, y así fue que poco a poco y a la vez bastante rápido fui haciendo clientes y dándome conocer más.

Cuando menciono eso de que difiero totalmente con que para emprender solo se necesitan las ganas y ya,en mi caso no fue suficiente con querer también tenia que contar con un poder adquisitivo para poder comprar el material o los implementos básicos para poder comenzar a trabajar como lo son los moldes batidoras y espátulas por mencionar algo. Gracias a Dios he contado también con el apoyo de mi mamá quien me dio esa ayuda económica para poder cubrir con esos gastos.

When I mention that I totally differ with that to undertake only need the desire and already, in my case it was not enough to want to also had to have a purchasing power to buy the material or the basic implements to start working as are the molds, mixers and spatulas to mention something. Yo diría que el ingrediente principal para comenzar a emprender son las ganas porque no es un camino sencillo, en su mayoría todo emprendimiento tiene sus altas y bajas y en las bajas es cuando realmente se pone a prueba nuestras ganas de querer lograr el éxito, pero esas ganas de emprender también va de la mano poder contar con una inversión económica para poder tener buenos frutos.

En mi experiencia puedo decir que el invertir en buenos materiales para poder garantizar la calidad del producto que se quiere entregar al cliente de ello depende en gran parte el éxito.

En particular considero que me he estancado muchísimo por no tener las posibilidades de seguir reinvirtiendo en este negocio, por otras facetas de mi vida que han requerido de mi tiempo, lo que me ha impedido brindarle a los clientes nuevas tendencias e ir mejorando la calidad de mi trabajo.

In particular, I consider that I have stagnated a lot because I have not had the possibility to continue reinvesting in this business, due to other aspects of my life that have required my time, which has prevented me from offering my clients new trends and improving the quality of my work. ___

De un tiempo para acá he aprendido que para lograr el éxito debo marcarme metas y objetivos más claros a corto y largo plazo, luego trabajar en base a ellos y algo que también es muy importante siempre mantener una actitud positiva y optimista, deseo continuar con este emprendimiento que tanto me apasiona y para ello también debo dedicarle tiempo, reinventar y perfeccionar muchísimo más para poder garantizar una mayor calidad del producto.

For some time now I have learned that to achieve success I must set clearer goals and objectives in the short and long term, then work based on them and something that is also very important to always maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, I want to continue with this venture that I am so passionate about and for that I must also spend time, reinvent and improve a lot more to ensure a higher quality of the product. ___
