El amor propio elemento esencial de nuestra personalidad ya que es el regulador de nuestro funcionamiento emocional en todos los aspectos. Ya que es la estima de uno mismo. Aceptarnos tal y como somos, con virtudes y defectos, capaces de diferenciar lo bueno lo malo de nuestras vidas. > Self-love is an essential element of our personality since it is the regulator of our emotional functioning in all aspects. También el amor propio es considerado el juicio positivo realacionado a uno mismo, el cual se determina por las experiencias vividas, y a su vez condicionamos los pensamientos al momento de realizar una acción durante la convivencia con nuestro entorno > . El elemento principal que daña y afecta considerablemente el amor propio es una baja autoestima, cuando las personas no saben quererse a si mismas no puede existir amor propio. Cuando las personas permiten por ejemplo que otras realicen actos de cobardía en ellas que pueden ser desde el maltrato físico y psicológico hasta alguna trastada que puedas ser víctima en el camino, son alertas de que no existe amor propio. Por consiguiente nunca debemos permitir que nos maltraten bajo ningún concepto ya que eso atenta contra el amor propio y nuestra autoestima. > The main element that damages and considerably affects self-esteem is low self-esteem, when people do not know how to love themselves there can be no self-esteem. El inicio del fortalecimiento de nuestro amor propio es el quererse uno mismo tal y como es, si nuestra autoestima esta alta, lo estará nuestro amor propio; y en no permitir bajo ningún concepto que la sociedad te discrimine bajo ningún concepto. > The beginning of strengthening our self-esteem is to love ourselves as we are, if our self-esteem is high, our self-esteem will be high; and not to allow society to discriminate against us under any circumstances.

Y como lo logramos todo lo escrito anteriormente; muy sencillo manteniéndonos siempre positivos, agradeciendo todo lo que nos suceda bien sea bueno o malo porque de todo se aprende, y recordando siempre, dándonos siempre nuestro valor como personas; porque si no nos queremos nosotros mismos, no va a venir otra persona a hacerlo por nosotros. > And how do we achieve everything written above; very simple by always staying positive, thanking everything that happens to us whether good or bad because we learn from everything, and always remembering, always giving us our value as people; because if we do not love ourselves, someone else is not going to come and do it for us.

Ya para finalizar les comento que hace algunos años de mi vida me tropecé con alguien que fingio quererme y amarme, y supuestamente porque me quería se sentía con el derecho de maltratarme psicológicamente; equivocadamente llegue a a pensar que lo hacia por mi bien; ese tipo de pensamientos envían nuestro amor propio al suelo. Hasta que un día me libere de ese yugo y logre poner fin a esa relación ese día mi amor propio renacio y hasta el día de hoy no permito que nada ni nadie atente contra el. > Finally, I would like to tell you that some years ago in my life I stumbled upon someone who pretended to love me, and supposedly because he loved me he felt he had the right to mistreat me psychologically; I mistakenly thought that he was doing it for my own good; this kind of thoughts send our self-esteem to the ground. Until one day I freed myself from that yoke and managed to put an end to that relationship, that day my self-love was reborn and to this day I do not allow anything or anyone to attempt against it.
