De vez en cuando me gusta preparar un postre para matar el antojo y esta vez toco realizar un rico brownie, para serles sincerame encanto la textura que se le hizo por encima y lo humedo que quedo. Uno de los trucos para que quede asi es dejarlo el tiempo exacto en el horno.

En una olla se coloca 170g de mantequilla y se derrite, una vez que esta este derretidase le coloca el chocolate en polvo y una cucharadade vainilla.

El siguiente paso es pesar y tamizar el azucar y el harina, una vez hecho esto se coloca la mistura de la mantequilla con el chocolate.

Por último se le coloca los tres huevos y se mistura muy bien.

Luego la mezcla se coloca en un molde previamente engrasado, en mi caso le coloque trocitos de cocholate por encima y lo coloque en el horno por aproximadamente 25 minutos.
