Hellooooo , espero te encuentres genial , me gustaría saber ¿qué significa para ti viajar ?, desde mi punto de vista viajar no solo es desplazarse de un lugar a otro, es sumergirse en las tradiciones, los sabores y la esencia de cada destino. Mérida me cautivó con su encanto y su belleza, tanto que quedé embelesada con cada rincón, perdiendo la noción del tiempo... ¡y hasta olvidé fotografiar los platillos que probé! 😅 Sin embargo, aquí les comparto una de las delicias que disfruté: la **Pisca Andina**es una sopa tradicional de los Andes venezolanos, especialmente popular en Mérida ,cada cucharada fue una explosión de sabores cálidos , su composición incluye ingredientes sencillos pero llenos de proteínas , como : leche , huevo , pan , trozos de queso , cebollín y cebolla , Y cómo no mencionar el **Calentadito**, ese trago típico de Mérida .Su preparación combina aguardiente, papelon ,clavos de olor ,guayabita y hibernas naturales , estos ingredientes naturales y especias que resultó ser mucho más potente de lo que imaginaba.
