Holiii Hivers! ¿Cómo están? Espero que de maravilla, como dije en el post anterior estaba finalizando mi 3er año escolar de bachillerato, pero ahora oficialmente estoy de vacaciones y soy libre XD.

Seguramente a muchos nos ocurre que hemos deseado hacer o intentar nuevas cosas pero no las hacemos debido a la falta de tiempo en nuestra rutina, por eso, aprovechando que estoy de vacaciones hasta Octubre he decidido hacer una lista con una serie de retos y cosas para realizar en este periodo de tiempo.

Varias de las cosas de esta lista no son solo cosas que no he podido hacer por falta de tiempo, sino que son cosas que no me había atrevido a intentar antes por miedo, vergüenza o falta de seguridad, pero he decidido que no quiero que esos factores me detengan e impidan que aprenda a realice esas cosas.

A continuación les presento mi lista de retos:

1. Leer 5 libros

No van a ser muy largos, mi idea con esto es hacer una rutina el leer diariamente, un excelente ejercicio para la mente pues la lectura nos brinda diversos beneficios como el aumento de la concentración, la empatía, la capacidad de análisis e interpretación, entre otros. Los libros que leeré son:

• Manual del Guerrero de la Luz – Paulo Coelho

• La Rueda de la Vida - Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

• Piense y hágase Rico – Napoleón Hill

• Relato de un Náufrago – Gabriel García Márquez

• Arrivederci Caracas – Marisa Vannini

2. Aprender a andan en bicicleta

Yup, no sé andar en bicicleta, aún XD. Cuando era más pequeña solía ser una niña algo miedosa, así que me daban mucho miedo ese tipo de cosas, otro factor por el cual no aprendí es porque era perezosa. Ya más grande me daba un poco de vergüenza el hecho de que no sabía andar en bici, pero ahora comprendo que no me tienen que importar ese tipo de cosas y debo dejar de darle importancia al “qué dirán”, así que ahora estoy decidida a aprender.

3. Aprender a Meditar

La meditación es una práctica increíble para mejorar nuestra salud emocional, mejorar nuestra concentración, reducir estrés, mejorar nuestro ánimo y básicamente hacernos más felices uwu, así que me gustaría convertirla en un hábito. La idea es meditar entre 5 o 10 minutos dos veces al día, en la mañana al despertar y en la noche al acostarme.

4. Aprender a bailar Bachata

Ok, este es uno de los retos más importantes que tengo que hacer, no soy la mejor bailarina del mundo XD, pero sé que práctica voy a poder mejorar y hacerlo bien. La verdad es que antes solía verlo como algo molesto, porque puedo llegar a ser una persona muy perfeccionista y me molestaba que no me salían los pasos, pero ahora quiero cambiar esa mentalidad y verlo como algo divertido y que disfruto de hacer.

5. Aprender a hacerme nuevos peinados

Debido a que siempre arreglo mi pelo de la misma forma, quiero aprender a hacerme nuevos peinados para variar, además serán muy útiles para cuando regrese a clases.

Voy a estar compartiendo con ustedes mi experiencia realizando estos retos uwur, y para motivarme aún más y asegurarme de que cumpla todos los retos, si no llego a cumplirlos tendré que ser “la esperancita” (la persona de limpieza) de mi familia por una semana D:

Hiii Hivers, how are you? I hope great, as I said in the previous post I was finishing my 3rd year of high school, but now I'm officially on vacation and I'm free XD.

Surely it happens to many of us that we have wanted to do or try new things but we don't do them due to lack of time in our routine, that's why, taking advantage that I'm on vacation until October I decided to make a list with a series of challenges and things to do in this period of time.

Several of the things on this list are not only things that I have not been able to do due to lack of time, but they are things that I had not dared to try before because of fear, embarrassment or lack of confidence, but I have decided that I do not want those factors to stop me and prevent me from learning to do those things.

Here is my list of challenges:

1. Read 5 books

They are not going to be very long, my idea with this is to make it a routine to read daily, an excellent exercise for the mind as reading gives us several benefits such as increased concentration, empathy, analytical and interpretive skills, among others. The books that I will be reading are:

- The Warrior of the Light Manual - Paulo Coelho

- The Wheel of Life - Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

- Think and Grow Rich - Napoleon Hill

- The Shipwrecked Sailor's Tale - Gabriel García Márquez

- Arrivederci Caracas - Marisa Vannini

2. Learn to ride a bicycle

Yup, I don't know how to ride a bike, yet XD. When I was younger I used to be a bit of a fearful child, so I was really scared of that kind of thing, another factor why I didn't learn is because I was lazy. When I was older I was a bit embarrassed about the fact that I didn't know how to ride a bike, but now I understand that I don't have to care about that kind of stuff and I should stop giving importance to "what people will say", so now I'm determined to learn.

3. Learn to Meditate

Meditation is an amazing practice to improve our emotional health, improve our concentration, reduce stress, improve our mood and basically make us happier uwu, so I would like to make it a habit. The idea is to meditate between 5 to 10 minutes twice a day, in the morning when I wake up and at night when I go to bed.

Ok, this is one of the most important challenges I have to do, I'm not the best dancer in the world XD, but I know that practice I will be able to improve and do it well. The truth is that before I used to see it as something annoying, because I can become a very perfectionist person and it bothered me that I didn't get the steps right, but now I want to change that mentality and see it as something fun and that I enjoy doing.

5. Learn how to make new hairstyles for myself

Because I always do my hair the same way, I want to learn how to make myself new hairstyles for a change, plus they'll come in handy for when I go back to school.

I will be sharing with you my experience doing these uwur challenges, and to motivate me even more and make sure I meet all the challenges, if I don't meet them I will have to be "la esperancita" (the cleaning person) of my family for a week D:
