Prosoon is a décentralised application created to promote the professional orientation, integration and evolution of people in training, while combating all forms of discrimination in recruitment. The project is aimed at the triptych Students - Schools - Companies, and will offer different services to these stakeholders, in order to strengthen the relations between schools and companies and improve the employability of learners.

The application will allow Student to provide information on all the elements related to his or her training path (diplomas, teaching units, internships, associative activities, work and files carried out, etc.) and to have these elements certified by his or her university, school or training organisation. He will then be able to select the elements he wants to make visible to employers. These various data will be accessible and stored in a tamper-proof registry throughout his career.

Recruiters will be able to submit internship, work-study and job offers on the platform, and will have access to certified junior profils, in perfect accordance with their needs and criteria, and anonymous if they wish to engage in an anti-discrimination approach. The identity of the candidate will only be known from the recruitment interview, in order to guarantee equal opportunities in the selection of applications. In this way, the company will engage in a CSR approach to responsible recruitment, which will promote its employer brand.

Schools will benefit from a secure and tamper-proof register of student paths, as well as labour market statistics enabling them to develop their training offer. This application will also help to increase the rate of professional integration of students, strengthen business relations and simplify the administrative processes for awarding diplomas. The partner training organisations will adopt a modern and ethical approach in order to enhance their image and attract more students.
