It was used at the 2005 event for workshops and discussions – and visitors were able to climb up to the towers for a view of the surrounds.Black tents are traditionally used by scout groups all over Germany and appear in many different impressive combinations, but perhaps none quite so striking as the Dusseldorf construction.
