Empecemos hablando de la historia de cómo un grupo de chicos que ocasionalmente se reunían para jugar videojuegos en línea ya sea desde un cyber café o desde la computadora de su casa (en aquel tiempo pocos tenían PC con internet en casa), entonces nos reunimos en casa de uno de los amigos para juntarnos y hacer de la amistad digital una amistad en la vida real, algunos de ellos estudiaron en la misma escuela y también en la misma universidad, la amistad fue creciendo y así como la vida sigue su curso el primero en formar una familia fue nuestro gran amigo Daniel su apodo era PIPO. Por circunstancias de la vida, me alejé un poco de ellos para centrarme en los estudios y ya no tenía el tiempo para reunirme con ellos como en un principio y que me había quedado sin teléfono y sin PC y no tenía cómo comunicarme hasta que logró reparar la PC.

Una tragedia nos juntó aún más, pues uno de nuestros amigos Carlos de apodo ABUELOX (así se colocaba cada vez que creaba un personaje) fallece por un accidente el paso después de ese accidente 1 semanas en cama y yo me entere de lo sucedido 1 semana después cuando él fallece que me logran contactar. A partir de ese día nos reunimos más seguidos y compartimos más, pasamos momentos muy alegres juntos, incluso fuimos juntos a un concierto de rock y llevamos una pancarta con la foto del ABUELOX porque a él y a la mayoría de nosotros nos gusta esa música, fue una manera de hacerle un acto conmemorativo de que su presencia estaba allí en el concierto junto con nosotros como a él le hubiera gustado, y me tocó a mí vivir otra tragedia. Una novia que tenía en aquel entonces falleció por una enfermedad (LUPUS), gracias a ellos pude superar el dolor de perder a alguien muy querido.

Sigo adelante gracias a ellos y me enamore nuevamente y les presenté a mi nueva pareja que es la madre de mi primer hijo y de esa manera ahora yo formo una nueva familia un poco más adelante con ella. Compartimos más reuniones y tanto en los videojuegos como en la vida real. Un día nos reunimos y compartimos buenos momentos, incluso cantamos y recordando a nuestro amigo fallecido. No pensamos que esa sería la última vez en que nos reunimos todos.

Por la situación económica de aquel entonces, nos alejamos un poco en la vida real, pero siempre en contacto de manera digital. Yo me separo de la que era mi pareja y ellos estaban allí para mí para ayudarme a superar la ruptura y seguimos adelante. Al pasar unos meses me reuní con Alma (mi pareja actual) y comienzo a salir con ella y ahora junto con mis amigos ella es parte de mi red de apoyo que siempre que paso por momentos difíciles ellos me ayudan a seguir adelante. Con el tiempo, Alma y yo salimos del país y vivimos en Perú durante 4 años. En ese entonces, 5 de nuestros amigos salieron del país también, 3 se fueron a Chile, uno se fue a Perú y el otro se fue a Argentina. Pero siempre en contacto y estando al pendiente los unos de los otros. Regresamos a Venezuela, los que estábamos en Perú y el que estaba en Argentina y, a pesar de estar acá, no nos volvimos a reunirnos todos juntos pero siempre en contacto.

El día 29 de abril del presente año falleció nuestro amigo PIPO es una noticia que aún no he procesado bien, ya que es muy reciente la noticia y solo me enteré de su muerte el día de su entierro al cual llegué al cementerio cuando lo estaban enterrando, aún me duele su muerte incluso en estos momentos en el que estoy escribiendo esta publicación. No es fácil lidiar con la muerte de un conocido o familiar. Es difícil encontrar palabras que nos ayuden a seguir adelante, es difícil incluso vivir la vida normal, pero tenemos que tener presente que la muerte es parte de la vida, que solo estamos viviendo un tiempo prestado en esta aventura llamada vida. Siempre lo voy a recordar por sus ocurrencias y su gran sentido del humor con mucho doble sentido que tanto lo caracterizaba, pero fuiste una excelente persona y un buen padre.
