베트남 내 코로나 19 확산 과정은 아래와 같다. 1/22 첫 확진자 발생. 중국인 2명. 1/29 3명 추가 확진. 누적 5명. 1/31 Vietjet 모든 중국 항공 노선 운영 중단. 2/1 2명 추가 확진. 누적 7명. 우한 2시간 경유 미국인 확진. 베트남 정부, 우한 발 모든 항공편 운항허가 임시 중단. 2/3 예정이었던 모든 학교의 개학 1주일 연기 2/2 2명 추가 확진. 누적 9명. 2/3 2명 추가 확진. 누적 11명. 중국 체류 중인 인원 및 2주간 체류했던 외국인은 입국 불가. 2/4 1명 추가 확진. 누적 12명. 베트남 항공 베이징, 상하이, 광저우, 선전 노선 운영 중단. 2/5 베트남 항공 청두 노선 운영 중단. 중국 접경 지역을 통해 입국하는 내-외국인은 전원 14일간 격리 조치. 설 연휴 기간 중국에서 체류 후 입국한 외국인 근로자는 14일간 격리 조치. 2/6 2월 16일까지 휴교 연장. 베트남-중국 간 화물 통관 관여자는 예외 없이 14일간 격리 조치. 베트남 항공 마카오 노선 운영 중단. 하노이-홍콩 노선 운영 중단. 호치민-홍콩 운항 노선 축소. (주당 7-10편) 젯스타 항공 홍콩 노선 운영 중단. 2/7 1명 추가 확진. 누적 13명. 2/9 1명 추가 확진. 누적 14명. 젯스타 항공 광저우 노선 운영 중단. 2/10 마스크, 손 소독제 불법 생산, 불법 거래 시 징역 15년 또는 벌금 4억 5천만 원. (90억동) 2/11 1명 추가 확진. 누적 15명. 2/13 1명 추가 확진. 누적 16명. 2/18 2월 말까지 휴교 연장. 총 확진자 16명. 중국인 2명 미국인 1명 베트남인 13명 그리고 2월 21일 16명 중 15명 완치. 확진자 추가 발생 없이 기존 확진자 중 1명 빼고는 전원 완치 뉴스를 접하게 되니 솔직히 놀랍다. 더 이상 바이러스 통제가 안 되는 듯한 우리나라의 뉴스가 빗발치고 있기 때문에 더 인상적이다. 어제는 한국에 있는 가족과 통화를 하면서 차라리 당분간 베트남에 와서 지내시는 게 더 낫겠다는 진심 반의 농담도 건넸다. 베트남이 무엇을 특별하게 잘했나 생각해보니 사실 별거 없다. 상식에 기반한 기본에 충실했을 뿐이다. 외부에서 바이러스가 유입될 가능성을 최소한으로 줄이고 안에서 철저하게 컨트롤. 그러자 무서운 바이러스 사태가 진정이 됐다.
Scene 1. 코로나 바이러스 사태가 터지자 용과 _{Dragon fruit} 를 비롯한 과일의 가격이 폭락했다. 대부분 중국으로 수출이 되는데, 중국과의 접경 지역을 일단 틀어막았기 때문에 공급이 넘쳐나기 시작해 가격이 폭락한 것이다. 틀어막고 대책을 세운 후 통관이 재개되고는 있는데 굉장히 엄격한 절차가 적용되고 있다. ![3.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZBzMYeWmnHUsFqT8La8unMri4dm9BsGRiTz7Wj1zsogb/3.jpg) 중국에서 컨테이너 차량이 베트남 세관으로 넘어오면 중국 운전자는 체온 체크를 하고 이상 없을 시 서류 업무를 볼 수 있다. 그리고 차량은 소독 절차를 거쳐야만 검역 구역 내 베트남 측 운전자에게 넘겨진다. 베트남 운전자는 1시간에 한 대만 운전을 하며, 컨테이너를 옮겨 주고 난 후에는 하루 3번 검진을 받는다. 수백 대의 컨테이너가 통관 대기중이지만, 베트남 정부 입장에서는 대기하고 있는 컨테이너 숫자가 중요한 게 아니다.
Scene 2. 무증상 감염 의심자로 분류된 중국인이 있었다. 이 중국인은 호치민 시내의 병원에 격리되었다. 하지만 병원의 통제에 따르지 않고 집으로 귀가했다. 공안은 신고를 받자마자 빛의 속도로 다시 잡아와 병원에 격리 시켰다.
