Sin duda alguna esta cuarentena nos ha cambiado la vida de distintas maneras, a muchos nos ayudó a integrarnos más con nuestra familia, pero también modificó el estilo de vida diaria como los estudios o el trabajo. Además, generó gran incertidumbre en las personas por el posible contagio.

Without a doubt, this quarantine has changed our lives in different ways. For many of us, it has helped us integrate more with our family, but it has also changed our daily lifestyles, such as our studies and work. In addition, it generated great uncertainty in people because of the possible contagion.

En esta ocasión les quiero hablar sobre mi experiencia viendo clases online y darles algunas recomendaciones que tomé de las Técnicas de Estudio Liber que me ayudaron en este proceso, ya que no se sabe realmente el tiempo que durará la cuarentena.
En mi caso estoy cursando estudios superiores y si bien es cierto estudiar una carrera universitaria resulta una carga para cualquier familia, que puede agravarse si el estudiante tiene que desplazarse o residir fuera de casa, situación que estoy viviendo. Por lo tanto, aunque no me gustara la idea de ver clases online iba a dar lo mejor de mí. > On this occasion I want to talk to you about my experience watching classes online and give you some recommendations I took from the Liber Study Techniques that helped me in this process, since it is not really known how long the quarantine will last. > In my case I am studying higher education and although it is true that studying a university career is a burden for any family, which can be aggravated if the student has to move or reside away from home, a situation that I am experiencing. Therefore, even if I didn't like the idea of watching classes online, I was going to do my best.

**El plan semanal / The weekly plan**

Ordena tu propio plan semana. Debes recordar que ni todos los días ni todas las semanas tienen que ser iguales. En él se reflejan todas las diferentes tareas que se van a realizar, siendo tachadas las ya realizadas. Estás se pueden señalar a medida que se van haciendo, así tendrás una idea visual de lo que te queda por hacer cada día. > Order your own week plan. You must remember that not every day or every week has to be the same. It reflects all the different tasks to be performed, being crossed out those already done. These can be pointed out as they are done, so you will have a visual idea of what you have left to do each day.

**El lugar de estudio / The place of study**

Procura estudiar y hacer tus ejercicios siempre en un mismo lugar, así evitarás distracciones y perdidas innecesarias de tiempo, acomodándote o buscando o buscando materiales. Muchas veces se me complicó ya que como mi hermanito de 8 años me tiene en casa, quería jugar conmigo siempre. Así que llegué a un acuerdo con él, estableciendo normas mínimas como un horario de clases. > Try to study and do your exercises always in the same place, so you will avoid distractions and unnecessary loss of time, accommodating yourself or searching for materials. Many times I had a hard time because my little brother of 8 years has me at home, he wanted to play with me always. **Organización del tiempo y el espacio / Organization of time and space**

Cuando planifiques las tareas hay dos aspectos que debes tener en cuenta: la organización del tiempo y la organización del espacio. Para organizar el tiempo es importante consultar tu agenda: - Recuerda, haz una lista de todas aquellas tareas que debes realizar. Particularmente comienzo haciendo las más difíciles. - Reparte tu tiempo calculando aproximadamente el rato que vas a invertir en cada una. Generalmente yo le dedicaba 25 minutos. - Verifica con la ayuda de tu calendario los plazos de entrega de los trabajos, e intenta incluir en tu lista de tareas lo que puedas avanzar de ellos, así no se te acumulará todo el trabajo en los últimos días. - Si organizas tu espacio trabajarás de una forma más cómoda. > When planning tasks there are two aspects to consider: the organization of time and the organization of space. To organize your time, it is important to consult your agenda: >- Remember, make a list of all the tasks you have to do. I particularly start by doing the most difficult ones. >- Divide your time by calculating approximately how much time you are going to spend on each one. I usually spent 25 minutes on them. >- Check your calendar for deadlines and try to include in your list of tasks what you can accomplish, so that you don't have to pile up all the work in the last few days. >- If you organize your space you will work in a more comfortable way.

Estas fueron algunas de las cosas y que de verdad me ayudaron mucho, desde un principio estaba cerrada con la idea de ver clases de esta manera, lo primero que me pasó por mente fue ¿Aprenderé algo realmente? ¿Cómo haré si no puedo cumplir por problemas con el internet? ¿Y si tengo alguna duda? Y realmente es normal porque era algo nuevo. Estoy comenzando mi 2do año de carrera, consigo trajo materias prácticas y temas nuevos. Comencé a ver fluidos, estáticas de los fluidos y dinámicas de los fluidos, nunca había visto termodinámica y realmente fue difícil entender muchas, pero no imposible porque cuando existen las ganas el resto es historia. > These were some of the things that really helped me a lot, from the beginning I was closed with the idea of seeing classes this way, the first thing that came to my mind was Will I really learn something? How will I do if I can't comply because of problems with the internet? What if I have any doubts? And it's really normal because it was something new. I'm starting my 2nd year of career, with brought practical subjects and new topics. I began to see fluids, static of fluids and dynamics of fluids, I had never seen thermodynamics and it was really difficult to understand many, but not impossible because when there is the desire the rest is history.

Debemos recordar que el título universitario no es suficiente, ya que en el mundo laboral existirán otras demandas, como tener conocimientos básicos de idiomas, conocimientos en computación, dotes de mando, organización, relaciones personales y muchas cosas más. Por eso no solo hay que quedarse con lo que te puedan o no enseñar en clases, siempre hay que ir más allá. > We must remember that a university degree is not enough, since in the world of work there will be other demands, such as basic language skills, computer skills, leadership, organization, personal relationships and many other things. That's why you don't just have to keep what you can or can't teach in class, you always have to go further.

Esta situación que estamos viviendo nos rectifica que es muy difícil saber cuál es el futuro de las personas, porque no depende solo de la voluntad de cada uno sino de las circunstancias que acontecen a lo largo de la vida, que pueden ser imprevisibles y cambiantes. Sin embargo, siempre hay que buscar adaptarse para salir adelante y de esta manera poder dar lo mejor. > This situation that we are experiencing rectifies that it is very difficult to know what the future of people is, because it does not depend only on the will of each person but on the circumstances that occur throughout life, which can be unpredictable and changeable. However, we must always seek to adapt in order to move forward and thus be able to give our best.
