Hola Hivers, espero que se encuentren bien, en esta oportunidad escribo una reflexión acerca de las relaciones humanas, ocultan profundos misterios, la interconexión nos lleva a generar confianza, amabilidad y respeto, algunos dicen que con el tiempo se desarrollan mejores conexiones debido a la confianza, sin embargo, es un hecho que no todo el tiempo es así. Seguramente te ha pasado que has conocido a alguien en la parada del bus, el metro o en un centro comercial y tienes cierta empatía, desde el primer minuto, mientras que tienes años conociendo al vecino del frente y nunca le saludas. Muchas veces por presiones de la vida diaria, despertamos cada mañana con el pie izquierdo y en automático a dar respuesta a las múltiples responsabilidades, sin sentir la alegría de vivir probablemente hayas tenido un mal descanso y eso repercute en tus labores diarias incluso en cómo te relacionas con los demás, de pronto sales a la calle y sientes mal humor pasas de largo y ni saludas, eso pasa cuando no somos conscientes y vivimos aferrados al mundo físico. El punto de partida para entablar relaciones interpersonales de calidad, eres tú mismo, si tú mismo, eres irrepetible, único, pero por razones de creencias transmitidos por nuestros padres y la misma sociedad vivimos buscando la aceptación de los demás, el amor, seguridad y confianza sin detenernos a pensar en nuestra propia valoración, el día que consideres eso quizás muchas cosas cambien. Pain is part of life, however many people in the world live clinging to it, because of bad experiences of the past, moments of rage, anger, gossip, criticism, humiliation, rejection and we remember it over and over again without knowing that every time you remember the episode your mind feels the same sensation, It is as if you were living the moment in your own flesh, and every time this returns it is a trigger for our mental health, it also creates resentments that are difficult to process, this makes us attract more episodes like this, with harmful thoughts by vibrational frequency. Relatives, friends, partners, co-workers, we live in a world of continuous interactions but depending on our state of emotional wellbeing will remain optimal or miserable, and taking care of you is not only about combing your hair, grooming and grooming too, it is about taking care of your energy to whom you give it and not letting misunderstandings or comments affect your mood. Por otra parte vivimos con creencias que afectan nuestra percepción sobre las cosas, lo que nos lleva continuamente a suponer y juzgar haciendo un ciclo interminable de desconexión con las personas, asimismo muchas veces tenemos mucho más amabilidad con personas que no son familiares, ni parientes debido a los excesos de confianza, las relaciones humanas son misteriosas, porque muchas veces nos ayuda una persona que nunca hemos visto en nuestra vida y hemos desconectado de las personas que amamos por múltiples motivos. Familiares, amigos, parejas, compañeros de trabajo convivimos en un mundo de continuas interacciones pero según sea nuestro estado de bienestar emocional se mantendrán óptimas o miserables, y cuidar de ti pasa no solo por peinarse, asearse y arreglarse también, se trata de cuidar tu energía a quién se la brindas y no dejar que malos entendidos o comentarios afecten tu estado de ánimo. Pero hablemos sin tapujos, la mayoría de las personas en el mundo, a pesar de que cuentan con la primera “interacción social” cuyos miembros se constituyen en la familia, no cuentan con ella las frustraciones o tristezas que viven nuestros padres en ocasiones, son transmitidos a nosotros de forma inconsciente. Si bien es cierto, nadie sabe ser padre o madre hasta que vive la experiencia, no es menos cierto que los patrones impuestos por la familia se repiten, cuantas veces no hemos escuchado “agradezco a mis padres los golpes que me daban porque aprendí a leer” posteriormente cuando te vuelves madre repites lo mismo, particularmente siento que es un tema delicado pero nadie quiere ser golpeado una y otra vez, no es agradable y así vamos por la vida repitiendo innumerables comportamientos errados. Quienes nacen en el seno de familias tóxicas, menoscaban en el individuo la integridad y confianza, no porque sea familia de sangre, debes soportar humillaciones y dejar de ser feliz. En mi experiencia como docente vi con asombro, como madres se agradaban porque sus hijos salían mal en la escuela, se ofendían por sugerencias de acompañar a la educación de sus propios hijos. Perhaps we all have multiple bad experiences and anecdotes to tell, but it is just an experience that enriches life, other people who know you in the future will not be the same, we judge and we anticipate the facts by fears and prejudices; perhaps when you reject a person by false beliefs, you miss out on meeting extraordinary people because you are clinging to the past. Many are ending tortuous relationships, where there was violence and obligation, and many others are considering living alone and away from anyone out of fear, but we cannot refuse to create healthy ones. I believe that we must rethink our beliefs, especially the ideas we have about love, family, couple, sex. In conclusion that the experience of life is to improve learn and move forward approaching it from clarity and awareness. En retrospectiva el lema que escuchamos repetitivamente “con el tiempo” muchas veces se derrumba, porque no solo por el tiempo se construye las buena voluntad y disposición de la gente, no necesariamente los vínculos sanguíneos nos unen, a veces llega un extraño a sanarnos. A pesar de que la vida es un misterio y las relaciones entre humanos más, hay que estar agradecidos por disfrutar de esta increíble experiencia, considero que para elevar nuestro nivel en relacionarnos primero debemos hacer un ejercicio mental y preguntarnos ¿Cómo quiero ser tratado? eso significa ser consciente de lo que doy, siempre nos concentramos en lo que recibimos, en lo que opinamos de una forma egoísta, y no es que pensar en sí mismo sea malo no, no lo es, pero si nuestro deseo es construir relaciones sanas debemos empatizar con los demás. Quizás todos tenemos múltiples malas experiencias y anécdotas que contar, pero es solo eso una experiencia que enriquece la vida, otras personas que te conozcan a futuro no serán igual, juzgamos y nos anticipamos a los hechos por temores y prejuicios; tal vez cuando rechazas una persona por falsas creencias, te pierdes de conocer a personas extraordinarias porque estás aferrado al pasado. Muchos están terminando relaciones tortuosas, donde había violencia y obligatoriedad, y muchos otros están planteándose vivir solos y lejos de cualquier persona por temor, pero no nos podemos negar a crear sanos. Considero que debemos replantear nuestras creencias principalmente las ideas que tenemos acerca el amor, la familia, la pareja, el sexo. En conclusión, que la experiencia de la vida sea mejorar aprender y avanzar abordarlo desde la claridad y la consciencia.
