**Smile is like dessert, there's always a place for it**.

Hello friends of #hive, I start my post today with that phrase because ( being realistic we all always leave a gap for dessert, hahaha), the other day making stuffed donuts and things of life I forgot to photograph the step by step so not to lose everything I have photographed the final result and I decided to share with you today some super basic tips for its preparation, I think if you are a little afraid to make this kind of recipes with this post you will see that it is super easy to prepare it is just a matter of looking at the details.

The first thing we must do is check that our yeast is in good condition so that our donuts are perfect.

How do you do it? Well it is super easy you must (activate the yeast) mix a little warm water with the amount of yeast that the recipe calls for plus a tablespoon of wheat flour and a tablespoon of sugar. You must let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes, after that time the mixture should have risen and have bubbles on the surface (which means you can use it), if you do not notice either of the two characteristics mentioned above DO NOT USE THAT MIXTURE IN YOUR PREPARATION (if the yeast did not rise while you activated it will not give the donuts that spongy effect we want).

Take care of the fermentation times.

Do not despair and give the dough its time, it is not advisable to add large amounts of yeast to the dough to ferment faster, add the amount requested by the recipe and be patient.

Do not add so much sugar to the dough (this slows down the fermentation a little) also the donuts have icing and sometimes filling which is quite sweet.

Make sure the filling or glaze on the doughnuts is super delicious, as it will play an important role (there are many types of fillings, one that happens to be super economical is pastry cream plus we can add the essence or flavor of preference).

I think a detail that is super important is to take care of the temperature of the oil where we are going to fry our donuts, because if it is too hot our donuts will burn and be raw inside. It is not necessary to have a thermometer to measure the temperature, with our stove set to low heat the oil will have an ideal temperature allowing the donuts to be perfect.

You can prepare a good glaze with a little milk or lemon juice and powdered sugar (mix well and ready).

As you can see it is super basic, not that you should follow so many steps, as I always say how good they are (in this case the donuts) will be proportional to the amount of love and enthusiasm that you put in the preparation of the recipe. I recommend that you have patience and be attentive to every detail, it is also true that practice makes perfect, so I guarantee that the more you practice the better you will get, you can even modify the recipe to your liking.

Hola amigos de #hive, comienzo mi post hoy con esa frase porque ( siendo realistas todos siempre dejamos un espacio para el postre, jajaja), el otro día estaba haciendo donas rellenas y por cosas de la vida se me olvido fotografiar el paso a paso a si que para no perderlo todo fotografié el resultado final y decidí compartir con ustedes hoy unos tips súper básicos de su preparacion, creo que si te da un poco de miedo hacer este tipo de receta con este post veras que es súper fácil de preparar solo es cuestión de fijarnos en los detalles.

***Bueno ahora que estas aquí, espero te quedes hasta el final y te animes:***

Lo primero que debemos hacer es chequear que nuestra levadura este en buenas condiciones para que nuestras donas queden perfectas.

¿Como lo harás? Pues es súper fácil debes(activar la levadura ) mezclando un poco de agua tibia con la cantidad de levadura que amerite la receta mas una cucharada de harina de trigo común y una cucharada de azúcar. Debes dejar la mezcla reposar unos 15 minutos, pasado ese tiempo debe haber subido la mezcla y tener burbujas en la superficie (lo cual significa que la puedes usar), si no notas ninguna de las dos características que antes mencione NO USES ESA MEZCLA EN TU PREPARACIÓN (si la levadura no subió mientras la activabas no les dará a las donas ese efecto esponjoso que deseamos).

Cuida los tiempos de fermentación.

No desesperes y dale a la masa su tiempo, no es recomendado agregar grandes cantidades de levadura a la masa para que leude mas rápido, agrega la cantidad que pida la receta y ten paciencia .

No agregues tanta azúcar a la masa ( esto retrasa un poco la fermentación ) ademas las donas llevan glaseado y en ocasiones relleno que es lo suficientemente dulce.

Asegurate de que el relleno o el glaseado de las donas este súper delicioso, ya que jugara un papel importante (existen muchos tipos de rellenos, uno que resulta ser súper económico es la crema pastelera ademas le podemos agregar la esencia o sabor de preferencia).

Creo que un detalle que es súper importante es cuidar la temperatura del aceite donde freiremos nuestras donas, ya que si esta muy caliente nuestras donas se quemaran y quedaran crudas por dentro. Tampoco es que debes tener un termómetro para medir la temperatura, con poner nuestra hornilla a fuego lento el aceite tendrá una temperatura ideal permitiendo que las donas queden perfectas.

Puedes preparar un buen glaseado con un poco de leche o jugo de limón y azúcar pulverizada ( lo mezclas bien y listo ).

Como vez es súper básico, tampoco es que debes seguir tantos pasos, como siempre digo lo rico que queden (en este caso las donas) sera proporcional a la cantidad de amor y entusiasmo que pongas en la preparación de la receta. Yo te recomiendo tener paciencia y fijarte en cada detalle, también es cierto que la practica hace al maestro por eso te garantizo que mientras mas practiques mejor te quedaran incluso podrás ir modificando la receta a tu gusto.
