Siempre lo he dicho: "somos una vida, viviendo muchas experiencias de vida", y es que a medida que crecemos nos transformamos y evolucionamos; y esta iniciativa maravillosa de mi bella Comunidad Holos&Lotus en su 40.ª edición me ha inspirado en hechos recientes de introspección personal de sanación.

El árbol de semeruco y el Efecto Proust

Recientemente en casa de mi vecino, un árbol de semeruco (cerecita criolla), dio frutos y no se imaginan lo feliz que me hizo sentir, porque en mi mente pude trasladarme a una época muy bonita y llena de recuerdos que me hacen muy bendecida; y es que esa memoria sensitiva (Efecto Proust), es el ancla de nuestra identidad, ese cable a tierra que nos permite activar ese estimulo de sensación de seguridad, amor y pertenencia, que nos calma y consuela o nos da la certeza que lo que estamos haciendo va por buen camino.

Una vida, un latido

Alguna vez han sentido que regresan a un sitio especial o que ven a esa persona muy querida y apreciada que no han visto en cualquier cantidad de años y que sienten que apenas fue ayer que paso; esa brecha de tiempo permite que valoremos las cosas bonitas y simples de vivir en cada presente, las conexiones verdaderas no necesitan periodos de mantenimiento, solo presencia sin importar cuantas vueltas haya dado el mundo.

Tempo

Por muchos años fui a las charlas de Carlos Fraga, y el comentaba que en situaciones de perdidas filiales, buen sea por separaciones físicas, emocionales o por fallecimiento de personas amadas, era necesario tomarse el "Tempo" necesario para poder vivir el duelo, permitirnos sentir y aprender sin la premura del tiempo, sin esa sensación acelerada de una prisa constante; el tempo nos permite recuperar nuestra capacidad de asombro, de sonreír y volver a ser feliz, con una cicatriz, si, pero con un corazón limpio y agradecido, sin ese miedo a que la vida se nos vaya o pase mas de prisa.

Dejemos huellas bonitas

Recientemente en mi trabajo, me paso algo muy particular, estaba haciendo un tramite en un área diferente a la que laboro; estaba sentada esperando cuando escuche una voz muy particular, les doy el contexto: yo tenia un vecino que hablaba como locutor (no era, es locutor), mientras vivía cerca de mi casa, se le presento un problema familiar, enseguida nos avocamos a ayudarlo y aunque lamentablemente su familiar falleció, todos los que pusimos nuestro granito de arena sentíamos mucho pesar por el momento que atravesaba. A los meses el dejo de ser nuestro vecino, se fue a otra localidad con el resto de su familia; hace poco le encontré en redes sociales y retomamos el contacto virtual, con mucho respeto cordial y ameno, pues el, el mismo ex-vecino era quien me saludo de una manera tan bonita, que me alegro el día, actualice su numero y me dejo en claro que siempre estaría a la orden y una vez mas me decía cuan agradecido estaba por toda la ayuda que recibió en un momento de necesidad. La alegría sincera de sus ojos brillantes y esa sonrisa expresiva me hizo muy feliz y gratamente complacida por haber ayudado a una persona y que ese acto tan simple, aun tenga una conexión bonita y sencilla sin importar cuanto tiempo haya pasado, haciendo que la amistad siempre se haga presente. * * *

Gracias una vez más a todos por tener, compartir y expresar nuestras experiencias en un espacio tan bonito, que nos invita a la reflexión y al agradecimiento. Espero poder verles muy pronto con mas herramientas e iniciativas que inspiran a la sanación y el bienestar.

The Semeruco Tree and the Proust Effect

Recently, at my neighbour's house, a semeruco tree (creole cherry) bore fruit, and you cannot imagine how happy it made me feel, because in my mind I was transported to a very beautiful time full of memories that make me feel very blessed. That sensory memory (the Proust Effect) is the anchor of our identity, the grounding cable that allows us to activate that stimulus of security, love, and belonging, which calms and comforts us or gives us the certainty that what we are doing is on the right track.

One life, one heartbeat

Have you ever felt like you are returning to a special place or seeing that beloved and cherished person you haven't seen in years, and it feels like it was just yesterday? That gap in time allows us to appreciate the beautiful and simple things in life in each present moment. True connections do not need periods of maintenance, just presence, no matter how many turns the world has taken.

Tempo

For many years, I attended Carlos Fraga's talks, and he would say that in situations of loss, whether due to physical or emotional separation or the death of loved ones, it was necessary to take the necessary ‘Tempo’ to be able to grieve, to allow ourselves to feel and learn without the pressure of time, without that accelerated feeling of constant haste. Tempo allows us to recover our capacity for wonder, to smile and be happy again, with a scar, yes, but with a clean and grateful heart, without that fear that life is passing us by or going too fast.

Let's leave beautiful footprints

Recently at work, something very unusual happened to me. I was doing some paperwork in a different area from where I usually work. I was sitting there waiting when I heard a very distinctive voice. Let me give you some context: I had a neighbour who spoke like a radio announcer (he wasn't, but he is a radio announcer). While he was living near my house, he had a family problem, and we immediately set about helping him. Although, sadly, his relative passed away, all of us who did our bit felt very sorry for him during that difficult time. A few months later, he stopped being our neighbour and moved to another town with the rest of his family. I recently found him on social media and we resumed our virtual contact, with great cordiality and respect, as he, my former neighbour, greeted me in such a lovely way that it made my day. I updated his number and he made it clear to me that he would always be there for me and once again told me how grateful he was for all the help he received in a time of need. The sincere joy in his bright eyes and that expressive smile made me very happy and pleasantly pleased to have helped someone and that such a simple act still has a beautiful and simple connection, no matter how much time has passed, making friendship always present. * * * Thank you once again to everyone for having, sharing, and expressing our experiences in such a beautiful space, which invites us to reflect and be grateful. I hope to see you very soon with more tools and initiatives that inspire healing and well-being. * * *
