Procedimeinto: Lo primero que debemos hacer es echar la levadura en la 1/2 taza de agua junto con una cucharada de azúcar y dejar reposar por 10 minutos.

Seguidamente echamos en un bol la harina, la azúcar, la mantequilla, el huevo batido y la levadura.

Unimos todos los ingredientes y luego los pasamos a una mesada para amasar por alrededor de 10 minutos que sera el tiempo ideal para que quede con una buena consistencia.

Una vez amasada la masa la dejamos reposar tapada en un sitio oscuro y sin corrientes de aire por 1 hora para que doble su tamaño, hecho esto procedemos a estirar la masa con un rodillo y luego a enrollar para luego cortarla en alrededor de 10 o 12 pedazos.

Once the dough is kneaded, we let it rest covered in a dark place and without air currents for 1 hour so that it doubles its size, done this we proceed to stretch the dough with a roller and then roll it up and then cut it in around 10 or 12 pieces.

Procedemos a tomar cada pedazo y a aplanarlo un poco con el rodillo, llevando cada punta para la parte de atrás y luego apretamos dándole forma de globo a nuestra masa para que nos quede bien redonda y los colocamos en una bandeja con aceite para que no se peguen, dejándolas reposar por 40 minutos mas.

Preparamos un almíbar con 50% de agua y 50% de azúcar o papelón y cubrimos nuestros panes antes de meter al horno por 20 minutos.

Una vez que sacamos nuestros panes del horno los bañamos nuevamente con almíbar y les echamos un poco de azúcar por encima.
