Hola a todos amigos de Hive y de Street Workout Comunity, soy Josemiguel Santoyo y en esta ocasión vengo a compartirles parte de mi progreso, estos últimos dos meses y medio me propuse a conseguir por fin la full planche, y tras un duro recorrido por fin he conseguido mi primera straddle, a continuación estaré dejando los ejercicios que utilice y como distribuí la intensidad de los entrenos por semana para conseguir este elemento en dos meses y medio, sin más nada que decir, a darle con todo!!! 💪 Muy bien amigos el primer ejercicio que suelo realizar (obviamente después de calentar adecuadamente), son aguantes de straddle planche, si aún no puedes lanzarla te recomiendo utilizar una banda elástica , intentar siempre hacerlo con una técnica correcta y aguantar lo máximo posible, de estre ejercicio suelo realizar 4 series de máximo aguante, los descansos entre series serán de 4 minutos en adelante para de esta manera poder realizar las demás series con buena ejecución. El segundo ejercicio serían los presses de Advance Tuck planche, intentar nuevamente tener la mejor técnica posible (si no puedes utiliza una banda elástica), de igual manera se estarían realizando 4 series de 1-2 repeticiones con la mejor postura que puedas marcar. Seguido de esto, se realizarían negativas de straddle planche en suelo para fortalecer aún más los hombros y la protección escapular, se intentará bajar lo más lento u controladamente la negativa, de este ejercicio se realizarían 4 series de 1 repetición. # Como último ejercicio específico para plancha tendríamos aguantes en pseudo straddle planche, entre unos 15-20 segundos, intentar nuevamente tener la mejor técnica posible, se realizan 3 series de aguantes entre 15-20 segundos. # Ya para finalizar estaríamos ocupando algunos ejercicios de reforzamiento. # En primer lugar handstand push up, intentando bajar lo máximo posible, suelo realizar 4 series de 8-12 repes. # Y por último Lean planche, este ejercicio es fundamental para comprender cómo funciona la palanca de la plancha, de igual manera ayuda a fortalecer el gesto de la protracción escapular, realizaríamos 4 series de máximos aguantes, y esta amigos es la rutina que me ayudó a conseguir mi plancha de en dos meses y medio. # IMPORTANTE RESALTAR # El progreso dependera de la base que ya traigas, en mi caso llevo dos años y medio entrenando, ya tengo elementos como one arm handstand y una buena base en básicos, por lo que el progreso puede llegar a ser un poco más rápido que una persona que lleva poco tiempo, de igual manera está rutina se realizaría entre 3-4 veces por semana, se que suena como un volumen muy alto de intensidad pero es lo que me ayudó a conseguir la plancha, lo que yo personalmente hice fue los dos primeros días Entrenar con bastante intensidad y los otros dos días regular la intensidad, es decir hacer progresiones y usar bandas elásticas, esto con el propósito de que el cuerpo produzca la suficiente adaptación para el movimiento. # Bueno compañeros, este fue mi aporte del día de hoy, espero que pueda ayudarles si tienen algunas recomendaciones pueden decirme y las tomaré en cuenta, a darle con todo bestias 💪💪.
