Este ejercicio consiste en realizar un hefesto asistido con las piernas apoyadas en una paralela, es un ejercicios avanzando y simula al 90% el hefesto debido a que no existe una ayuda por parte de las pierdas, toda fuerza que aplicas proviene de los músculos y articulaciones del trozo, cosa que hace que el ejercicio sea avanzando y el mejor para sacar o dominar el hefesto.

Esto hace que el ejercicio sea un poco más fácil ya que la piernas que queda libre nos ayuda a subir, pero es una progresión para después pasar a hacerlo con las dos piernas apoyadas.

Si eres avanzado te recomiendo utilizar una banda fina y si eres intermedio o principiante debes utilizar una banda gruesa. Es importante saber que así seas avanzado es necesario que realices hefestos con bandas gruesas de vez en cuando, esto te ayudará a perfeccionar la técnica y mejorar cualquier detalle que te falte para perfeccionar el movimiento.

Este es un ejercicios adecuado para comenzar si eres principiante pero puedes usarlo siendo avanzado en momentos muy específicos como por ejemplo: Podrías agregar este ejercicio al final de tu rutina para complementar, pero antes asegúrate de que no seas capaz de poder hacer más repeticiones en hefestos asistidos más avanzados, si es así, podrías agregar este ejercicio para terminar de trabajar los músculos.
