A gin and tonic is cocktail made with gin and tonic water poured over ice. I added little bit of mixed berries and lemon juice for additional sweetness and freshness. This cocktail is for everyone who wants to enjoy a delicious drink. When you take a sip of it, little portion of mashed berries flow into your mouth. Sweet taste of berries comes after the little bitterness of gin. Perfect for dessert cocktail!

진앤토닉은 진과 토닉워터로 만드는 아주 간단한 칵테일입니다. 이 칵테일에 저는 여러가지 베리들과 레몬쥬스를 추가해 단맛과 상큼함을 더했습니다. 맛있는 술을 즐기고 싶으신 분들이라면 이 칵테일을 정말 좋아하실겁니다. 한 모금 한 모금 마실 때마다 칵테일과 함께 으깬 베리들이 같이 입안으로 흘러 들어옵니다. 약간의 씁쓸한 진의 맛을 뒤에 달콤한 베리들이 잡아줍니다. 식사를 하신 후 디저트로 드시기에 아주 좋습니다!

ingredients

2 oz gin
1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 oz mixed berries (any berries are fine)
1 oz cranberry juice
tonic water

preparation

put about 4 oz of berries into the bowl and gently mash them with masher or any tool that can mash them .
put mashed berries, gin, lemon juice, and cranberry juice into a shaker.
shake with ice
pour into a chilled glass and pour tonic water (as much as you want)

4 oz 베리 (딸기, 라즈베리, 블루베리 등 취향에 맞게)
1 oz 크랜베리 쥬스
토닉워터 (탄산수)

준비

준비한 베리들을 그릇에 담고 빻아줍니다.
빻은 베리, 진, 레몬 쥬스, 크랜베리 쥬스를 쉐이크컵에 넣어줍니다.
얼음을 넣고 마구 흔들어줍니다.
잔에 따른 후 토닉워터를 취향에 맛게 적절히 넣어줍니다.
