Identify this Bird/Photography Contest #3

First off, congratulations to @smarmy for correctly identifying the bird in the last bird photography [contest](https://steemit.com/photography/@jschindler/guess-this-bird-and-win-1-sbd-bird-photography-2-unknown-green-bird), it was a female painted bunting.
