ENRROLLADO DE CARNE

MEAT ROLL

Buen día steemitworld, un placer saludarles en esta oportunidad vengo a compartir con ustedes una receta muy sencilla de preparar, pero muy deliciosa para compartir en familia y consentir a tus seres queridos, les hablo de un enrollado de carne. For this preparation we will need the following ingredients:_ 1 KG DE CARNE MOLIDA PREFERIBLEMENTE MAGRA. 150 GRAMOS DE JAMÓN DE PIERNA 150 GRAMOS DE QUESO MOZZARELLA 100 GRAMOS DE TOCINETA EN LONJAS 2 HUEVOS 100 GRAMOS DE PAN RALLADO 6 DIENTES DE AJO SAL, PIMIENTA, OREGANO SALSA INGLESA, SOYA Y MOSTAZA PAPEL ALUMINIO MANTEQUILLA LIQUIDA _1 kg of meat ground preferably magra._ _150 grams of leg ham._ _150 grams of mozzarella cheese._ _100 grams of tocineta in lonjas._ _2 eggs 100 grams of grated bread._ _6 garlic teeth._ _salt, pepper, oregano english sauce, soya and mustard._ _aluminum paper._ _liquid butter._
