Como su nombre lo indica, es proveniente de las regiones andinas de mi país. Ya que mi familia por parte de mamá es del estado Trujillo, aprendí a hacer estas arepas desde muy pequeño. Su preparación es muy fácil y les voy a enseñar paso a paso cómo se hace. Seguidamente vamos incorporando el agua tibia y removemos poco a poco.
