💪Hola comunidad OCD, me presento soy Jonathan Hernández y amo la calistenia, por eso quiero formar parte de #SWC, comencé en la calistenia hace aproximadamente dos años por la simple tarea de salir de mi casa, ocupar mis horas libres, y tener un hábito saludable. Recuerdo mis primeros intentos de dominadas, ya que no lograba realizar ni una sola. En los entrenamientos de cardio y rutinas siempre me quedaba atrás y pensaba en renunciar porque que creía que se burlarían de mí y mi condición física, ya que desde pequeño sufría de obesidad y prefería no participar en ninguna actividad, pero ocurrió lo contrario, mis amigos me motivaron mas y noté que había muchos que estaban en su proceso y sabían disfrutar de esto.

Me superé

✨Observaba a otros compañeros mucho más avanzados, hacían trucos y lo hacían parecer tan fácil, les pregunte ¿¿¿cómo lo hacen???. Su respuesta fue “todos comenzamos así y poco a poco todo se puede lograr”, fue en ese momento cuando me dije a mi mismo si ellos pueden, yo también, con esfuerzo y disciplina hoy en día he logrado cosas que no imaginaba y quisiera darle consejo a los que estén comenzando en esta disciplina: disfruten su proceso, esto no es algo que se logre de la noche a la mañana pero si es posible, soy vivo ejemplo, cambié tanto física como emocionalmente, gané seguridad y confianza a la hora de hablar y actuar, y otras cosas más.

🤸La calistenia se ha convertido en mi estilo de vida, gracias a la calistenia, he conocido muchos amigos y hermanos de barras, junto a ellos también comencé en el gimnasio en simultáneo con la calistenia y la verdad me ha ido muy bien combinando las dos. Hoy en día estoy estudiando en el centro académico de Nutrienfit, una institución asociada y avalada por La Universidad del Zulia (LUZ), para ser entrenador personal, con bases en el área de la nutrición deportiva, suplementación y en el área de sala musculación, esto con el fin de desarrollar mi conocimiento y las habilidades para ayudar y entrenar a otras personas. Me gradúo en unas pocas semanas y mi objetivo es el mismo por el cual me enamoré de este deporte, cambiar vidas, así como la calistenia cambió la mía.

✨I watched other much more advanced colleagues, they did tricks and made it look so easy, I asked them how do you do it??? Their answer was "we all started like that and little by little everything can be achieved", it was at that moment when I said to myself if they can, so can I, with effort and discipline today I have achieved things that I never imagined and I would like to give advice to those who are starting in this discipline: enjoy your process, this is not something that is achieved overnight but it is possible, I am a living example, I changed both physically and emotionally, I gained security and confidence when speaking and acting, and other things more.

I want to help

🤸Calisthenics has become my lifestyle, thanks to calisthenics, I have met many friends and brothers of bars, along with them I also started in the gym simultaneously with calisthenics and the truth is that I have done very well combining the two. Today I am studying in the academic center of Nutrienfit, an institution associated and endorsed by the University of Zulia (LUZ), to be a personal trainer, with bases in the area of sports nutrition, supplementation and in the area of bodybuilding room, this in order to develop my knowledge and skills to help and train other people. I graduate in a few weeks and my goal is the same one I fell in love with this sport, to change lives, just like calisthenics changed mine.
