Cuando solía pensar en el pasado acerca de las cosas que no he hecho no me quedaba huella de arrepentimiento porque te conocí, porque todo ese pasado infructuoso me llevó a tener la posibilidad de coincidir contigo, y siempre pensaba: no cambiaría nada.

Como sabrás yo siempre he sido un nido de imaginación. Cuando volvía el tiempo atrás, en esas historias de fantasía; cuando volvía el tiempo atrás y tenía la oportunidad de rehacer mi vida, mi primera pregunta siempre era: ¿Cómo hago para coincidir con Karla nuevamente? ¿Cómo hago, si coincido, para poder estar juntos de nuevo? A veces me ponía a pensar en que todas esas historias de volver el tiempo atrás las pudieras realizar conmigo. Seríamos algo más jóvenes, con herramientas renovadas, pero ese recuerdo intacto de todo lo que nos queremos, de todo lo que nos quisimos. En ese panorama, nuestra vida juntos sería un hecho y era una situación más agradable de imaginar. Sin embargo, una nueva cuestión entraba: El tiempo vuelto atrás, con los recuerdos intactos, ¿decidirías estar conmigo? Primera señal de alerta.

Siempre que vuelvo la mente al pasado sólo podía pensar en esa dicha de conocernos. En algún momento dejé de pensar en esas historias, quizá noté que volver hacia atrás era precisamente algo imposible y que no tenía cabida ni sentido dentro de la vida. Quizá en algún momento sí llegué a sentir que alguna de esas historias era reales, las entramaba extensamente, y me cambiaba en un instante todo lo que estábamos viviendo. Cuando hicimos el amor aquella noche empecé a llorar porque sabía que mi sueño estaba cumplido, porque estabas allí y porque podías amarme. Porque Dios estaba cerca de nosotros, porque conseguí a la mujer de mi vida. ¿Recuerdas esa anécdota? Lo hablamos hace poco y sólo pensabas en juntarnos entre brazos y soñar de nuevo juntos. Eres mi tesorito, como siempre lo he dicho: algo que proteger con corazón y cuerpo. El punto de esta anécdota es que ahora estoy sin ti. Este presente está llevándonos por rumbos separados. ¿Cómo se vive este nuevo momento? Precisamente no me siento preparado, te amo mucho. Nunca me imaginé un pasado revertido en donde no pudiera coincidir contigo, y ahora vivo en este presente en donde debo estar sin ti, al menos de momento. A pesar de que fueses Roma en todos mis caminos, a pesar de que toda la vida la volviera a hacer junto a ti.

As you know I have always been a nest of imagination. When I went back in time, in those fantasy stories; when I went back in time and I had the chance to rebuild my life, my first question was always: How do I match with Karla again?
