El día de hoy se llevó a cabo un duelo de esos que uno agenda en su calendario porque son de esos partidos de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en el futbol mundial. Se jugaba un city Liverpool en casa de los de klopp.

Antes de comenzar el encuentro los de pep marchaban primeros con 47 puntos y los de klop con 40 así que de ganar el city le sacaría 10 puntos de ventaja, y el Liverpool con un partido más.

Da inicio al encuentro y no más empezar ya al minuto 2 aparecía la primera tarjeta amarilla para Thiago alcantara por una entrada por detrás a gundogan, ya para los primeros 10 minutos el city dominaba la posesión aunque aun no generaba llegadas claras.

La intensidad iba subiendo de a poco y ya para el minuto 25 Mane la envía alto por un balón que le había dejado Alexander arnold pero no termino como querían y el Liverpool daba la primera jugada de peligro.

Luego casi inmediatamente después al minuto 29 firminho exige a enderson que salva lo que podría haber sido el primero del Liverpool , el city presionaba alto pero el Liverpool se la arreglaba para crear ocasiones.

Llegan los primeros 35 minutos y haya acción en el área del Liverpool, fabinho le comete penalti a sterling. El cual gundogan es el ejecutante y para su desgracia se va alto y lo falla.

Al minuto 63 llega el gol del empate salah convierte desde los 12 pasos, después de haber sido derribado en área por Rubén días. El partido cada vez se ponía más intenso y el partido cobraba vida propia.

Llegaba el minuto 70 y le mostraban la amarilla a fabinho por una falta sobre foden, el juego empezaba a tener más roce de lo acostumbrado esto es un típico partido de premier. Al 73 nuevamente gundogan volvía a convertir y se perfilaba a ser el jugador de la noche.

Luego 1 minuto después sterling marca el tercero y ya parecía un partido liquidado este gol fue un duro golpe para los reds, el city se venía a arriba con todo ya goleaban al city en su propia casa muy pocos equipos en el mundo logran eso.

Pero todo no acaba el Liverpool quería más y al 83 foden marca para el city el 4 y último gol del partido. Los de pep ganan y el entrenador catalán logra su primer triunfo en anfield road un campo que se le resistía pero hoy fue el día de romper ese mito.
