Hola, ¿qué tal amigos de #reto-morphosis y por su puesto un saludo a mis amigos de #3speak, hoy les vengo a explicar como ha sido mi evolución después de 15 días de entrenamiento, luego de mi inscripción. Cada día avanzo muy rápido, apegado a mi plan de entrenamiento, logre un cambio significativo en todo los ámbitos, ya sea alimenticios o físicos, por lo tanto me ayudo un poco al consumo de energías en mi cuerpo, destacando que la iniciativa del reto está basado en mejorar nuestra salud y calidad de vida. Puedo recalcar que mi objetivo sigue siendo el mismo, aplicar algunas rutinas de ejercicios para transformar ese peso adicional almacenado en mi cuerpo y cambiarlo por masa muscular, lo cual es rudo, pero no imposible. He Realizado rutinas en la casa, como también ejercicios de calistenia en lugares específicos, claro solo movimiento normales nada de subir de nivel por ahora, ademas he logrado mantener mi peso, lo cual para mí es bueno, asimismo mi progreso ha sido un poco lento, pero seguro, claro eso no es todo, también e incorporado un par de días en donde hago ejercicios con la bicicleta haciendo una ruta por varias partes en la ciudad donde resido.

Al principio algunos ejercicios ocasionaron que mi cuerpo se sintiera un poco gastado, hubo días donde no podía realizar muchos movimientos, poco a poco y con paciencia logre adaptarme, con la ayuda de las mancuernas, he dado un paso gigante en el entrenamiento también e incorporado pesas en los pies, aplicado para un entrenamiento básico de fuerza a las piernas.

Después de hacer las mediciones correspondientes cuyo resultado sigue igual, mi peso se mantuvo en 69 kg, la medición de la muñeca no disminuyo aún sigue en 16 cm, en la zona abdominal con una medición de 86 cm, como podrán observar en las imágenes aún me veo "gordito", pero si se fijan en la zona de los pectorales y brazos se darán cuenta de que estoy adquiriendo un poco de masa muscular y la definición de la misma.

Siendo sincero, ha sido un poco rudo empezar otra vez desde cero a una rutina de ejercicios básicos para mantenerme en forma, también el tener una buena nutrición y comer balanceado, como lo mencione antes no es imposible, dejar un poco las harinas, pasta u otros alimentos que sabemos que son ricos y de un sabor increíble (hamburguesas), pero sabemos que me hace mal a mi cuerpo, de la misma forma todo reside en como te sientes en el momento, si eres débil o fuerte para poder resistir la tentación, es importante destacar que mi cuerpo ha reaccionado de una manera muy favorable, claro que también no les voy a mentir, hubo días donde no pude entrenar por razones de trabajo u otros, ahora en estos momentos pueden observar mi evolución en varias partes de mi cuerpo y otras no.

honestamente una parte de mi un poco insatisfecho, creo que puedo dar mas de mi para que dicho cambio ocurra mucho mas rápido de lo previsto. >Los pensamientos negativos te consumen al ver que el cansancio va tomando la partida después de un par de ejercicios. Every day I advance very fast, sticking to my training plan, I achieved a significant change in all areas, whether nutritional or physical, therefore I helped me a little energy consumption in my body, noting that the initiative of the challenge is based on improving our health and quality of life. I can emphasize that my goal remains the same, to apply some exercise routines to transform that extra weight stored in my body and change it into muscle mass, which is tough, but not impossible. I have performed routines at home, as well as calisthenics exercises in specific places, of course only normal movement nothing to go up a level for now, also I have managed to maintain my weight, which for me is good, also my progress has been a little slow, but sure, of course that's not all, I have also incorporated a couple of days where I do exercises with the bike doing a route through various parts in the city where I live.

Being honest, it has been a little rough to start again from scratch to a basic exercise routine to keep me in shape, also to have a good nutrition and eat balanced, as I mentioned before is not impossible, leave a little bit flours, pasta or other foods that we know are rich and taste amazing (hamburgers), but we know that it makes me bad to my body, in the same way everything resides in how you feel at the moment, if you are weak or strong to resist the temptation, it is important to note that my body has reacted in a very favorable way, of course I will not lie, there were days where I could not train for reasons of work or others, now at this time you can see my evolution in various parts of my body and others not.

honestly a part of me a little dissatisfied, I think I can give more of myself to make said change happen much faster than anticipated. >Negative thoughts consume you as you see fatigue taking over after a couple of workouts.
