Hi Steemians, today I want to talk to you about the plant based diet. I'll not dive in to deep, just give you a meal example.

Hi Steemians, heute möchte ich ein wenig über vegane Ernährung sprechen. Ich will das Thema nicht vertiefen sondern einfach nur ein Beispiel bringen.

Some days I'm just to lazy for real home cooked meals. On these days I'm thankful for convenience food or even junk food sometimes. Here you see "Potato Dippers" that come with salsa and on the side ready to eat salad and dressing. Does not look that bad or unhealthy? The problem is that I didn't make anything of it by myself. You can see it the most when you look at the macros and micros. If I wouldn't have used any convenience food and mede it all by myself, it would have 30% less calories and a good amount of bonus micros. I decided not to, to save the 30 minutes and come up with this post. I'm pretty sure it was worth it?!?

An manchen Tagen, habe ich einfach keinen Bock zu kochen. Gerne greife ich dann auf Fertiggerichte zurück. Aber ist das gesund? Hier habe ich "Potato Dippers mit Salsa und abgepackten Salat mit Fertigdressing gemacht. Vom Prinzip her nicht so schlecht, jedoch ist nichts davon selbst gemacht und dementsprechend sind die "Macros" und "Micros" nicht perfekt. Man könnte alles davon "selber machen" und würde sich ca. 30% der Kalorien sparen und noch mehr Mikronährstoffe zu sich nehmen. Die 30 Minuten habe ich mir gespart und kann nun dafür diesen Post verfassen. Wenn sich das mal nicht gelohnt hat?!?

Nevertheless a little health recommendation for potato and fast food freaks: get yourself an "Airfryer"!. It's super convenient and the results are better than in the oven. And of course you don't need to add any fat or oil. This one on the picture was vary cheap (35€).

Trotzdem noch en kleiner Tip für Kartoffel- und Fastfoodfreaks: Holt euch eine Heißluftfritteuse! Total praktisch und man erzielt deutlich bessere Ergebnisse als im Ofen. Natürlich muss man kein extra Fett oder Öl hinzufügen. Die Fritteuse auf dem Bild war auch noch sehr günstig (35€).

And for the experts here are the macros. As you can see the "Potato Dippers" have 20g of fat that you can save by making the yourself from raw potatoes.

Für die Experten sind hier noch die Nährwertangaben. Wie man sieht haben die "Potato Dippers" 20g Fett, die man sparen kann wenn man sie einfach selber zubereitet.
