***English*** ### **A Day of Arms and Chest** Working out has become an essential part of my daily routine; fortunately, I have the necessary equipment at home to design workouts that help me build better muscle mass, which will eventually translate into greater strength and better body definition. Currently, I have a set of dumbbells, an Olympic barbell, and several weight plates, which so far have been perfect, as they meet my actual needs.

That’s why I keep training with great intensity and discipline, without missing a single day and without letting up on the intensity; on the contrary, I’m always looking for a greater personal challenge so I can achieve the results I’m hoping for. >Al principio empecé solo con 4 kg y hoy en el ejercicio de pecho ya estoy sobre los 18 kilos, lo cual es increíble, ya que personalmente me he dado cuenta de que los resultados están observándose mucho más rápido de lo que pensaba. Today I tried it out with four sets of 25 reps; maybe it’s a moderate start, but just like with the weights, I’m sure that sooner rather than later my endurance will become a source of pride. >Hoy entrené bíceps y tríceps; además, reforcé un poco de espalda y pecho, lo cual es perfecto para esta jornada, la cual pasó con una nueva máquina, con la cual puedo hacer abdominales de una manera mucho más cómoda y efectiva.
